The best quality in furniture and accessories for the house! And the service like no other place; amazing, patience and friendly. Some may say it’s pricey but I believe the quality and service is beyond worth it. When I first moved in into my apartment was during the pandemic and yet they still manage to get the furniture at a reasonable time frame where most places said MONTHS to A 1 year. First thing i bought was my bedroom set, the service and quality made me want to keep buying but I was very hesitant on which dinning table and chairs to get as well as my coffee table for my living room area, and lastly my bar stools for my breakfast counter. I wanted white & gold but i also wanted grey & silver, HomeBasix helped me put it all together and it came out PERFECT. I also bought some finishes touches like my curtains, decor and wall frames. visited this store with my mother to exchange some curtains we had purchased, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff we interacted with were unhelpful, dismissive, and came across as quite rude and entitled. Customer service was severely lacking.Additionally, we visited during a tax-free weekend, yet we were told we would be charged extra during the exchange process, which was frustrating. Overall, this was not a positive experience, and I do not plan on returning. I would not recommend this store to others based on the service we received. This is literally a CURTAIN HEAVEN for women. If you need curtains, tassels, ties, trims, home improvement stuff, even little trinkets like earrings, old fashioned PJs, or house cleaning products, THIS is the place to be. The name, HOME BASIX doesn't lie, I went in here just to look around and I probably walked out with 15 curtain sets for every room in my house. The prices are so fair, better than Home Goods and Ocean Job Lot! I highly recommend this gem for a great selection of all your curtain necessities...
