I adore this store. Everyone is kind and helpful. My work is very close by so we have staff coming to Starbucks multiple times a day. I order the drinks at the clinic and leave immediately to pick up, it takes me MAYBE five minutes to get there and the drinks are ready 9/10 times. Granted, it’s usually after the morning rush and before or after the lunch rush. Even when it is peak hours, they’re always quick.
If my drink is made incorrectly, they are so kind and fix it with no trouble. I’ve NEVER gotten attitude and I’ve asked for corrections a few times with staff on varying shifts.
My order is a venti iced chai with light ice, two extra pumps of chai and two pumps of cinnamon dolce. Occasionally someone forgets the extra chai, or puts too much ice - and I either just drink it anyway, or I ask for it to be fixed. I don’t drink my drinks quickly so if I get full ice, it melts and the drink is gross. I’ve been to some Starbucks where they think I’m trying a “hack” or something, and will purposely not fill my drink the whole way. This Starbucks never does that. I literally order this drink multiple times a week and they’ve never been rude about it.
Once I tried a completely new drink and wasn’t sure it would be sweet enough, so they just put some syrup in a cup for me so I could add it if I wanted to. Like…??? That is so kind.
People get stressed and MAY show attitude to you sometimes, but I try to always assume positive intent.. they are stressed and overwhelmed and yes, I just want my drink.. but I stop and calm down and ask myself if it is worth ruining someone’s day over if my order is incorrect. It’s literally never worth it.
They are hiring new staff, who are learning so so so many things at once. Also, they can’t control where customers stand while waiting for drinks. They can’t control how many people come in and when. They can’t control how quickly people come to get their orders or how prepared people are when they are asked what they would like. I just have to remind myself to be understanding...
Read moreIf I could give it ZERO stars I would the MANAGER is HORRIBLE!! I will for sure be filing a real complaint and go into detail but I cannot BELIEVE this is who they have running a store?? I asked an employee who seemed more qualified than this “man” his name is CARL and man oh man! The way he talks to his team he is supposedly “managing”? NO RESPECT. Over heard his yelling at these poor workers who seemed to be doing the best I have had nothing but great experience when he is not here it seems in the morning time when I come to this location he is working in the food. First off customer service is very rudely he seems to only be interested in the conventionally pretty people who come in. Secondly he was yelling at his coworkers to take food from his CAN YOU NOT WALK? it was so disgraceful that I find out he is the MANAGER of this Starbucks! He seems awfully fake and the poor workers seem in a bad mood while he is there 😓 If you think I am overreacting Google 🙄 I am very observant and come to this location often. If anything this is the most raw review...
Read moreHmmm how shall I state this? During the morning rush time the drive-thru is GREAT! It doesn't matter what you order, this group is fantastic! But stay away anytime after 4:00 p.m. These mean, lazy and incompetent ladies are short of patience and obviously have a desire to be anywhere but here working. Why? It doesn't matter what you order it appears to be a great deal of energy to perform, which I pay for at this location. My observation on several occasions while waiting to pickup a friend from the food place next door our their closing procedures, NEEDS WORK!!! They rush you out and are quickly out the door with the trash still sitting outside the door. Forget something ladies??? NOTE: they are reported to stay open until 7:30 so why must you must be out by 7:00 or 7:15? So how do you receive a rating of excellent for food safety if you quickly leave at 7:40? Dirty much inside? Time for a new p.m. crew or don't go here after 4:00 p.m. and turn off the kiosks lights at the drive-thru so people...
