Awful place to pick up food as a delivery driver and it's been awful for 2+ years. I had a fairly simple order I was picking up for an awesome customer. I politely went in line and someone asked if I wanted a sandwitch which I replied i was actually just picking up through an app for someone. Gave them the name and they said it was being finished wonderful! I asked if I should be by the pick up cubbies and a lady told me "ya: in a rude way because how dare I ask to try to make things convenient for them. I received the order significantly after the pick up time about 12 minutes and when I said thank you someone else just turned there back quick and walked away. In the defense of the store I did say after that :you guys really hate your drivers don't you" don't know if anyone heard it. I don't expect a lot from places when I get an order but I would hope for some respect if your rude and just treat me like an inconvience I can't trust that the food is right for the customer which can affect my rating. So long wait times and rudeness is the sum of it.

Read moreI ordered an orginal chicken sandwhich (not a club) online through the PotBelly app. I paid $14 (the original is $10 and I added avocado for $2.99 extra, plus tax). I drove 30 minutes to this location, picked up it up, and drove 30 minutes back home. I come to find out that my order is entirley wrong. I got half a sandwhich, and my sandwhich had bacon on it (I do not eat bacon) and no avocado which I paid for. I was pissed because I drove from afar trusting this location. I called to ask for a refund. This kid answers and he gets very defensive, accusing me of ordering it wrong on uber eats, when in fact I had the receipt open and I ordered it on the POTBELLY APP. So I tell him I need a refund and this was clearly human error at the shop. The kid hangs up. So I called back and this nice lady ended up processing the refund. But WOW what a terrible experiance and terrible customer support. They clearly made a mistake and can't own up to their mistakes. Stop hiring kids who dont care about your customers. Also how hard is it to get orders right? you guys literally have a receipt describing my order when you make it. PotBelly standards are declining and Im done...
Read moreMy first and only time here was terrible. The workers obviously hate their jobs and do the bare minimum. I was treated very rudely. Never heard a single “hello” “thank you” “have a nice day.” I waited 20 minutes (past the scheduled pick up time) for a salad and cup of soup when no one even communicated with me that there was a wait for the soup. I would have gotten something else because I was on my lunch break. They didn’t even give me the option, just made me waste my entire break. Then acted like I was a huge inconvenience when I asked where my order was. Didn’t say sorry, just slammed the food down on the counter and said “here it is” and walked away. And that was what appeared to be the manager on duty behaving this way.
I emailed the store and also Potbelly about this. The store manager totally brushed me off and said they’d refund my order. Well, it’s been over two weeks and they still have my money. Potbelly also hasn’t reached out to me.
