We LOVE it here! This is our new go-to taco spot because the tortillas and fajitas aren’t soaked in oil, and they get the flavors just right! We also appreciate that the meat isn’t overly salted like at many other restaurants. Backstory: Our original go-to taco spot was Taco del Norte. I always ordered the skirt steak tacos, while my family enjoyed the paella. One day, they mixed ground beef with the skirt steak in all of my tacos. When I pointed it out, they admitted it was a mistake. It would have been one thing if they had simply given me all ground beef tacos, but we couldn’t accept the explanation that they accidentally mixed two different meats. We gave them a few more chances, but the quality kept declining. Next, we tried Mi Casa. The food was delicious, but eating their tacos, tortillas, and fajitas felt like drinking oil. After a while, we realized we couldn’t keep feeling gross after every meal. We then jumped over to Pachanga, but their seasonings were overwhelmingly salty—so much so that we started worrying about our sodium intake. Finally, we discovered Casa Acapulco. Their steak is always seasoned well—flavorful but not overly salty—and, most importantly, their corn tortillas aren’t drenched in oil. Their machete tacos, made with homemade masa dough, are another big plus! I personally don’t like cheese sauce, so I omit the cheese sauce on the machetes, but I would definitely recommend this place!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Casa Acapulco for the first time, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. The food was incredibly authentic, with bold and well-balanced seasoning that really captured the true essence of Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere was also perfect—calm and relaxing, unlike some other noisy Mexican spots. It wasn’t overcrowded or loud, which made for a much more enjoyable dining experience. The owner was super friendly and greeted us personally at the door. We were a party of six, and he made sure to combine two tables so we could all sit together comfortably. He even brought out their delicious salsas, and I have to mention the guac—it had a smooth, distinct taste that was just right. For the meal, our kids went with burgers, while I had a skillet and my wife tried the machete. Both dishes were incredible, and the homemade tortillas were a perfect touch. As someone who frequently travels to Mexico, I can confidently say that Casa Acapulco brings the closest thing to authentic Mexican flavors outside of the country. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Very easy to order over the phone for pickup. The food was ready to go in the amount of time given over the phone. For the food I am pleased! Got the steak taco dinner. They didn't hold back on the toppings which is always good. The three salsas given were yummy! The red is fairly spicy but not sweat worthy the other green salas were a bit spicy as well. I liked the creamy green one the best. Unfortunately they didn't have any green tamales tonight but the red ones were loaded with masa and chicken. The only thing I can say was the rice and beans could have been a bit hotter but that's me being picky. I am definitely happy with the chips and salsa that came with the order. Nice little surprise wasn't expecting it. I'll definitely recommend this spot to others looking for real tacos as taco johns just doesnt cut it.
