Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bourne

This by far is the worse managed Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to by far. Recently moved to the area 8 months ago , and me being a Dunkin addict running on Dunkin twice a day, have never gotten what I wanted or ordered correct, how can you not have bagels, how can you not have donuts your a donut shop ! How can you not have cones for your ice cream you have a sign saying you carry them , I thought at first ok its summer lotta tourist its a busy place, but the tourist went away and nothing changed , how do you get a hot coffee mixed up and try to serve an iced coffee at the window, how iced and hot don't sound any thing alike ! Its by far wrong that I have to drive up state rd to another dunkin to get my order correct and get what I want on the menu, oh ya and by the way girls , when you have convo's about customers and don't shut your head phones off we hear you in our cars....Done ranting ! UPDATE as of today 10-23-2017 still has not changed every other time the order is messed up why I keep going is beyond me ! Do not recommend at all. Worst dunkins around town. I do go to this one a lot and had to post my opinion about after the constant mess of things. almost half of the time they mess up my order or give me something I never wanted. They are incredibly rude in the morning as well. This morning when I asked them to remake my hot coco because it was watery the staff gave me an attitude. They always do this as well whenever you ask for a remake. It might be the morning staff bc some people do have good visits but in my opinion if you need coffee go to Marylou's across the street they are better and the staff is nicer. I rarely ever give bad reviews, hate doing it, and always try to give people the benefit of the doubt because i work with the public but I will not be coming back and will be launching a complaint to the company. Me and my family of 5 went into the store and immediately saw what appeared to be a manager or person of authority screaming incredibly loudly at other employees because she was not doing her own job well enough. I waited in a long line and when I finally reached the end to order they denied me service because I wanted to place a “food order?” I literally asked for a bag of bacon and then seconds later I heard an employee 4 feet away start giving out bacon egg and cheeses to customers who just ordered in front of me. We then waited for our drinks at the pick up place and the woman who appeared to be in a position of authority kept reading receipts instead of doing anything.
