I have been going to this Dunkin every few days for about two months, and I can honestly say that I have never seen a more consistently disorganized store. I'm giving it two stars because the place is always clean, and the staff are friendly enough; however, the service is extremely slow and it often seems like they don't know who is supposed to be doing what. Today, I went in to discover that they were out of food; not plain bagels, not glazed donuts. All food. They may have had someone working on making some more, or were waiting on a delivery, both of which would have been acceptable excuses if they had shown any desire to quell the frustration of their customers at any point in the last two months.
This store is literally on the entrance to Cape Cod. Over the summer, this will most likely be the busiest road in Massachusetts (and probably a good chunk of the east coast). I shudder to think how their customers will react after sitting in traffic for four hours only to realize that the first eating establishment they see upon entering Cape Cod is out of food.
I don't normally write reviews because I think one anecdotal experience should not qualify saying something like "the staff is rude". They are most likely not rude, and something just happened to go wrong for you during that one experience. However, I feel inclined to write this because I have gone to this store at least a dozen times and my experience has been nearly the same every time. I was just yelled at by manager jamie because I asked at the register if I could have my hash browns extra crispy cause we don’t like them soggy which is what I told the tall young one. So the manager came up and yelled at me (Jayme) this place was busy and I was very embaressed and the woman next to me just walked out. I used apply pay this morning and as soon as the window opened I said hello how are u , Im using Apple Pay: cashier goes on to try and scan my phone which I understand I’ve worked at Dunkin’s before and many people use the rewards app but she goes on to very rudely say if you’re going to use apply pay you have to say something.
