This was a total shock! First off, I have never left a review of a restaurant. However, this just has to be told! (Keep in mind, we have a farm with cattle, ducks, chickens, etc, so we are NOT easily offended.) We stopped here for a quick bite this afternoon and to cool off from an outdoor job on a typical Texas summer day. First off, there was no one else in the parking lot or drive-thru. That should have been our first clue. Next, the side door was locked but no sign saying why. We went around to the other door and were told the door was broken the night before, thus the reason it was locked. However, no sign on door to tell you that! When we asked why they were so empty, young man at counter said it had been "dead all day." We placed our order then went to get our drinks. They were out of sweet tea completely, as well as ketchup packets and sugar. My boyfriend went to the counter to tell them they were out of sweet tea at the drink station, so they got him a cup from the drive-thru container. I went ahead and got unsweetened tea and then had to search for three packets of sugar! The drink station itself was dreadfully dirty. We had to search to find a semi-clean table, the best of which was near the restrooms. Next, we each went in to wash our hands. Both of us came out shocked at the condition of the restrooms!! The women's toilet paper was completely empty, the floor and sink were just plain nasty, and the toilets in BOTH men's/women's bathrooms were malfunctioning. BOTH! (Now remember, he said they had NOT been busy all day!) Next, the place was REALLY warm, as if the AC wasn't working. Our food was luke warm at best, yet we were the first and only order at that time! Next, the place had an unreal number of flies! Yes, flies! At this point, we started looking around and noticed the tables were filthy and smeared with food (or something). The floors were filthy. The self-order kiosk glass was absolutely awful looking, it was so dirty and smudged. (Again, remember, they were not busy all day.). We started eating and saw the counter person go into the men's bathroom. We heard the toilet flush and then he came straight out the door!! There is absolutely no way he washed his hands that quickly!!! While we were there, several people came to the same side door, and still no sign was put up. Another customer got up and told the manager about the door needing a sign, and the manager just shrugged and walked away!! When we got ready to leave, we had to leave our trash on the top of the tray rack because ALL of the trash cans were PACKED full!! June 26, 2022; I ordered 4 meals and only received 2. Management tried to deny it.
July 15, 2022; My burger was severely undercooked to the point of being more raw than cooked.
August 5, 2022; I ordered 4 meals and the carhop forgot to bring my drinks out. I told them about it and they said they'd go get them. 20 minutes later, I went in and they said they forgot about me. I grabbed the drinks and left.
November 29, 2022; The employees are fine, but I won't be back until there is new management.
Someone messed up my burger and I called to be refunded for the burger I bought, and charged for the cheaper burger I received. The employee passed me to the manager to discuss the transaction. They did well and were polite.
The manager missgendered me repeatedly on the phone and, questioned rather or not I needed a refund. She then tried to tell me the premium burger I ordered was cheaper than the dollar burger I received. I admittedly got angry with her, and then she decided to argue with me about information I was given by McDonald's corporate office about how refunds worked. I gave up trying to talk to her on the phone because she kept interrupting me and talking over me.
When I went in, tossed my card on the counter, it skipped up and landed in the floor. She screamed assault and said she was calling the police, then tried to berate me for swearing on the phone.
She ended up issuing the refund, and finally apologized for the first time as I was walking out the door. I responded...
Read moreWe went this morning to get breakfast we use coupon on app as the girl stated the order wasn't 15 yet to use the 3 off so we asked if we could order a coffee, she said yes. We gave her code, she never stated theres an error the coupon didn't accept so assuming the coupon was taken off we paid and went to the next window. I looked at the receipt and saw the 3 was not taken off, when we got to the other window I asked for a mgr a guy named Ashton comes to the window for a min and asked what was wrong I told him, then a lady comes up, find out later her name is yanet. After yanet came to window asked what the problem was very rude, asked if she could see receipt and told her yes. Then she tells me how something on the receipt was a promo I think sausage biscuits and told her ok the girl at the first window never said it was accepted thats what I'm upset about making me believe it was accepted and just letting us pay. Then yanet said I have no problem giving you your 3 but wants to tell me again why it wasn't accepted and telling me I dont want to argue for 3 well apparently she does bc instead of just doing so she continues to argue with me. The guy Ashton returned with the money and I asked for the names bc the professionalism is out the window and that's when I said im going to make a complaint bc thr rudeness of the manager and 1st window but a few staff laughing in the background that had yellow vests on. I told them they think this funny and joke to them . Ashton proceeded to tell us no we were trying to help and I told him no doesnt help by arguing and laughing at someone like its a joke. They need to work on there customer service skills and the mgr thats how you treat your customers.
