Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bowie

Honestly since there’s not less than one star or negative amounts, that’s the ONLY reason I put one star. This establishment should be shut down. It is beyond ghetto! Today I ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and a soda. When I got my order from the Dasher, although I ordered straight from Pizza Hut, my wings were missing. I asked the Dasher named Gold where my wings were and he told me what he gave me was all they gave him. I then called Pizza Hut, WITHOUT an attitude and told the girl who answered about what happened.. She apologized like she cared which is technically good customer service.. But when she put me on hold to “tell her manager” her and another employee were talking in the background, being loud and rude… The other employee said “ I don’t give a F” and that “she won’t get no free wings off me”… He then kept asking if I was still on hold and said “oh well let her stay on hold”.. Meanwhile I was on the phone hearing EVERYTHING so I made my way to the store… I wasn’t worried about the wings so much nor the money, BUT for the poor customer service and the lack of respect and the sheer ignorance of not muting or putting the call on hold I am very disappointed!! The manager or assistant manager wasn’t as bad but he definitely didn’t have the professionalism of a manager… and the cherry on top for me was the children that were in the back. Unsafe, unprofessional, and I’m sure it goes against policy.

Oh yea… The pizza wasn’t even that good and it wasn’t cut right, we had to cut the pizza ourselves to...

I attempted to call in an order for pick up with Fernando. He shared that the Carryout price that I saw online is no longer a deal that’s available for the pizza I wanted. Since I wouldn’t be the person picking up and paying for the order myself, I began to tell him I’d have to call back and make sure that’s ok. Before I could even finish my sentence he literally hung up the phone in my ear. Needless to say, I searched another location to place an order because I won’t be spending money at the Bowie location nor sending anyone else to on my behalf when someone would be rude enough to hang up mid sentence on a potential paying customer. I wasn’t rude nor disgruntled when speaking with him. Customer service for this review would’ve gotten zero stars if that...

Food was nasty. I only ordered bread sticks. Two cheese sticks and a regular bread stick and they were not good at all. The dough on the cheese sticks was soft and seemed under baked. The regular ones had little to no season on them. The Cinnabon mini rolls were hard and covered with cream. It's a no for me. While the inside of the store was clean, the outside was dirty. Lots of trash and leaves. I suppose a maintenance crew should be handling that part, but the customer service just wasn't that great to me. Don't come to work if you aren't going to put...
