Subway — Restaurant in Bowie

My husband and I visited this location a few nights ago about an hour before closing time. The boy started our order by asking what I wanted and in the middle of speaking he cuts me off to speak with the girl who works there. Then he decides to not make my order so the girl comes over with a horrible demeanor and when I tell her what I want, rotisserie chicken salad, she puts a scoop on the bread and I told her I didn’t want that because it looked nothing like rotisserie chicken salad. It looked like runny tunafish salad. Mind you only a scoop has been put on the bread, with a very unprofessional attitude she starts complaining to me that I wasted bread and nothing in fast food looks the way it should. I had no issue using the bread for something else but she continued to speak to me so disrespectful especially for the petty situation. After she kept yelling at me I decided to go somewhere else then she really got angry and cussed at me as I was walking out. If you are going to act so ignorant to a customer for no reason then I don’t trust you making my food AT ALL! Next time I’m in the area I will get her name and let the manager know. Meant to write this review weeks ago as I received some bad treatment at this store. A Spanish man was helping me and my fiance with an order and was somewhat impatient as the person in front of us was deciding what to get. He then left and went to the back as an African man then took over. As the man was helping the woman in front of us he was being kind of cold and rude as she presented a coupon. And she finally took whatever deal he rung up. I then asked about the 6.99 meal deal that is at every other subway I’ve been to and he rudely said he doesn’t know anything and that I could check on my phone. I didn’t see it and asked for help and he took my sandwiches and walked away. He never offered to check for the deals or any kind of assistance. I was able to use my rewards points to get the cost down but the fact that this subway doesn’t honor a deal that 95% of the subways I’ve seen baffles me. I will never forget how we were treated and how horrible that man’s customer service was. I will never attend this subway again, I’d advise everyone to go to Subway in Walmart or down at the BP in Upper Marlboro...

This particular location at 1344 Crain Hwy never has any honey oat bread, last week I couldn't get a receipt. Every week it's something different I don't particularly like Subway I am compelled to visit for my parents. BE GREATFUL SUBWAY that you have customers ! Update January 2021. This particular Subway seem to have honey at bread depending on what time of day you visit. However I have discovered a comparison between the Subway at Pointe Ridge and the Subway in Mitchellville Plaza. The Subway Corner Ridge seems to count every single ingredient they put on your sandwich or in salads . While the one in Mitchellville Plaza give you your money's worth.
