Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I'm from Ohio where we don't have any Zaxbys, but I wanted to give it a try while on vacation. I was heading back home from Nashville and stopped here for lunch around 4:30. The lady who took my order was nice, but I think she misunderstood me or messed something up. I wanted a 5 finger chicken finger plate, I asked if I could have something else instead of coleslaw and she said toast or fries. I said toast. But when I was given the food, I wasn't given toast or coleslaw. But looking at my receipt, that is what it said, so if that's what they charged me for, I figured it would be wrong to complain to them. Now as I went to find a table, not a single one was clean. The table i sat at had two empty straw wrappers on it, but that was one of the better tables. Pretty much the whole time I was eating, there were multiple employees standing right behind my table and talking. I don't know if that's worth complaining about, but I don't really like people standing and talking loudly right behind me the entire time I'm eating. Especially when the dining room is obviously dirty. And one of the fingers I got was super small and the fries weren't seasoned well. Some fries had way too much, some had hardly any. The lady working the front counter around 4:30, on 1/26/24, needs to be fired. My friend went inside because they said her order she scheduled to pick up in the drive thru had already been picked up. It hadn't. they had her order confused. She was trying to explain this to the lady at the front register. The worker then GOT IN HER FACE, and was YELLING at her that the order was already picked up and that she was the one that bagged it. She then kept yelling that she "has the wrong one", and leaner over the counter into my friends face. The manager FINALLY came out and got my friend her order. Only it was the girl at the front counter bagging it and getting it ready for her. While doing so, she was slamming and throwing things and pushed/slammed the bag towards my friend, so hard that the boxes opened. Never in my life have I seen someone act to immature and gross to a customer, who remained nice the whole time. This young lady needs a serious attitude adjustment. She should not be working in any customer service, and whoever runs this place should not be allowing...

no lie. the food was disgusting. the chicken was the most rubbery, chewy chicken ive ever ate. i know its fast food but slims or chick fil la would be a better choice. i threw up all night after i ate the food from here. the fries were overseasoned but still good. the service tho, absolutely awful. i have worked in the restaurant/fast food industry. i understand how stressful, chaotic, and busy it can get. but its never an excuse to be rude and rush your customers to the point i was cut off when trying to order. they weren’t even busy and i felt like i was being rushed and talked over. i asked for 5 ranches and only 2 were put in my bag. i would've paid for the extras but okay its not the biggest deal. honestly nothing will happen with this review because the service at this location has always been awful and the food always bad but just making ppl aware they should probably choose a different location or restaurant...
