Cabell’s Iron Nutrition — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I had Cabell’s for the first time today and can’t say enough good things!

Not only did they have a wide assortment of to-go meals to choose from, all were healthy with great macro ratios for those wanting to watch protein intake. The meal was DELICIOUS and very affordable, especially considering the quality. You can heat up meals or take them to go.

The staff and owner were very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Additionally, they offer a meal card if you are a potential frequent flyer.

Cabell's Iron Nutrition has been a life saver! My doctor recommended I eat a high protein diet and these meals are delicious and convenient. There is always a great variety of fresh food choices. The meals are packaged to be heated later and running in and checking out is quick and easy. If you are too busy to go in to pick up your meals, they will deliver. Popped into Cabell's for lunch with a bit of trouble having the navigation get me there (look for the C sign). Offers ready to pick up meals that can be heated onsite or to put in your refrigerator. Meal preparation is also a heavy part of the business to cater to your nutritional needs. Owner was very nice and took the time to explain his offerings.
