Food is good when it's right. Usually fast delivery 15-25 min on a $40-$60 order. That tells me y'all are more focused on speed, than quality and accuracy. Once delivery was over an hour after it left the store, it wasn't fresh when it got here, but that was only once so I forgive it. BUT I've had consecutive screw ups on my orders. Never been remedied. Stupid things, like missing items from my order, to using old ingredients (would you eat that?) giving me a pizza that was undercooked and burnt at the same time?? Forgetting my overpriced soda pop? Forgetting the dressing that comes with the salad, and the extra overpriced one we paid for? Is it even a salad now? Dry salad? And the burnt Brookie (brownie/cookie) was one tough cookie. Im pretty sure those bread bites were supposed to come with dipping sauce. When someone orders an 8 piece chicken you don't give them 6 pieces of chicken and 2 teeny pieces of fried breading. The burnt breading is not chicken! You shouldn't even send that out you should be embarrassed! Im thinking 'what the hell?' Now I'm not saying every item I've ever ordered was wrong, but I've never had a completely accurate order. You guys don't have to screw up something in every order I place. Is there someone at the store doing this on purpose? Or checking orders for accuracy? Quality control? You guys are supposed to catch a f* up before it leaves the store to be bought by the customer. When I worked in food service I took pride in getting it right, it's your work, but it's someone else's meal. And judging by the way I've been completely disregarded everytime, y'all don't give a damn about the customer. You got my money, that's all you wanted. Wheres my satisfaction as a customer? Everybody makes mistakes, but I'm giving your Box Elder store 1 star until you decide to start...
Read moreI have now ordered twice from this dominos... Each time they have screwed my order up. The first time I ordered a bacon ranch sandwich with BBQ sauce added with extra chicken. It legitimately looked like someone just slopped like barely a handful of toppings on the sandwich and just threw in a box. There was no extra meat at all.. so I called and luckily the manager that night gave me a $7 credit that was lovely wonderful. Set the second time I called and just to make things easier I ordered three orders of their barbecue wings, I asked if it was possible because I've done it at every Domino's I've ever been to use only the wings not the drumettes they come out of a bag so it is 100% possible to pick out the wings only. I also asked them to use a little sauce and to cook them a tiny bit longer so they're not super wet. They came absolutely slopped in sauce of course they didn't pick out the wings, and they didn't cook them any extra than normal.I ended up having to put them in the oven myself.... So none of the things I asked them to do they could manage. this is the one that's right outside the base so I know they get tons of business from here and my wife loves their Pizza so at least three or four times a month we eat at Domino's but since we pcsed here that's probably not...
Read moreI've had a few problems with them, but this staff has always bent over backwards to be the best in town. I had problems with Pizza Hut where they acted indignant or tried to "give me a discount" by taking away delivery drivers tips. Domino's has never played those games with me. If I have a complaint they listen and admit it if they were at fault and have given me discounts on a few occasions over the years when they have screwed up. And they have never once threatened to take a driver's tip away as compensation so that makes them humans. I allow the occasional mistake in exchange for dealing with good people and good food. I will say that they have to fix their website so I can order delivery online, that's almost worth a loss of a star, but seriously I recommend these people. Near the air base. Fast, friendly, and know how to do customer service, unlike the jerks...
