Brianna the store manager is horrible - rude condescending and incompetent. They literally take one car at a time at the drive thru - meaning take their order, cash them out have them go to a second window make their food and give it to them before they take the next car. After waiting 20 minutes for a simple iced coffee, because (they forgot and Brianna asked "what are you waiting on hun") I had to physically get out of my vehicle and ask through the open window "is my coffee almost ready I am going to be late to work"
Since neither of them seemed to care, I went inside to get the number for management - where Brianna confidently announced she was the store manager. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, she told me "it wasnt 20 minutes" which it was as I was late to work and stopped because I was 15 minutes early. She then made excuses for their incompetence - that she has to make the drinks and the food and the other girl cashes people out...so you're flustered because you have to do your job? there was no one in the store, and one car in front of me and there was 2 behind me - one car left because (Shocker!) they were out of the item they wanted. As I would think as the store manager you write the schedule if doing 3 things at once is so complicated you would schedule another staff member.
I asked if I could at least get a refund for the inconvenience of making me late to work. At this point i was so frustrated I did curse (not my best moment) so she said "i will refund your money but you are never allowed back in this store again" to which i then asked for her boss's number. Since she is incapable of doing 2 things at once she gave me the number and not the refund so I had to ask for a second time for my money back to which i was asked "do you have a receipt" I was never given one. Again I guess it would be too difficult to look up the last transaction as there was no one else there so I told her how much i paid and that it was cash.
I again expressed my frustration in the lack of care or customer service and her response was "I am matching energies babe" It is appalling that she is a manager in any capacity.
I spoke with the district manager who said she is a repeat problem and apologized profusely and offered a gift card (which wasnt the point) this location is always out of things, short staffed and the staff that is there is miserable. One time I stopped there at 3 in the afternoon and they were "closed because we have to do inventory and we are short staffed"
The staff does not care and it is evident that poor management and leadership skills at this location is the reason. I go here for convenience but at this point it is worth going somewhere else and avoiding the...
Read moreAmerica Runs on Dunkin... An age old saying that reflected how quick Dunkin was and how it energizes Americans. Well, after waiting in the drive through line with 12 other vehicles from 0800 to 0842 this morning for a simple coffee, donut, and egg and cheese croissant I can attest that the speedy aspect of this Dunkin is lacking. After creeping forward in line for 38 minutes I finally made it to the window, where I was asked to wait. Four minutes of silence followed until my order was taken, with every single item repeated to me twice as well as being questioned if 'I really wanted that'.
As I pulled forward to the drive through window a choir of car horns played in the background as frustrated patrons expressed their anger. After paying at the window I was handed a full order, that did not match my order number and told to have a good day... The manager arrived at the window to see what we were waiting on, and she was doing her best and controlling the chaos of her crew. She was able to get me the right order, take back the other food, and bring out my coffee as well. I didn't catch her name, but she was the only positive experience I had there, she had pink hair.
Latedra, on the other hand, is obviously a diversity hire who was struggling with every aspect of her job and appeared to be the sole case of the 42 minute delay many experienced...
Read moreI have never seen this many idiots all In one location before. It’s just insane, so unprofessional, their comprehension of simple orders baffles me. A simple order of 2 egg and cheese on a croissant was missed but charged when asked they all were confused and looked lost. All I hear is we are overwhelmed while there’s no one waiting and it’s slow. I had to park the car and walk inside to ask for my order for the 3rd time, no one knew what was going on even tho I explained it 3-5x over to every person when to the guy who took my order. They finally brought out the order and when I checked to see what’s inside I noticed hair was inside the sandwich 🤢. I immediately showed them and they told me what do you want from us. 🤦♂️🤯 they obviously don’t care how nasty this is and expected me to eat it.
Their entire employees are walking around with gloves touching every aspect of the restaurant, taking money, touching their head sets and their hair and finally your food. Nothing here is sanitary I would avoid eating at this Dunkin as this violating all department of health guidelines and regulations.
