Replying back to the owners response: I understand that your apprentice is still learning and may not be familiar with pricing; however, a lack of proper training on your part should not result in a financial inconvenience for me. As I mentioned before, your team was very kind throughout the process, but I feel I was unfairly taken advantage of when it came to pricing. If I had selected a gold piece of jewelry, a charge of $100 would make sense. However, I specifically asked for the cheapest option available, and the pieces shown to me were not consistent with that request. I was in pain at the time and trusted the information provided, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Additionally, while I waited over an hour to be helped as a walk-in without complaint, the delay should not have impacted the quality or fairness of service I received. I believe this issue stems from a mistake on your end, particularly with the pricing guidance provided by your apprentice. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this error and an appropriate resolution. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and disappointed, and I hope we can address it in a fair and constructive way.
The woman that helped change the jewelry in ears did a great job, but I was definitely taken back when it was time to check out. Before I went ahead and got the jewelry in my ears changed, the woman at the front desk, which was the apprentice, told me that the earrings were a certain price. When I went to check out before leaving, the total came out to $96. If I had known getting jewelry changed was going to cost me almost $100, I wouldâve walked straight out of the door. I didnât get anything pierced, I literally just got the earrings switched. I could tell by the look on the womanâs face (The apprentice) that she knew she told me something completely different than what I was being charged, but she did not speak up and say anything. I got some of the cheapest earrings they had so I feel like I was ripped off a little bit or maybe taken advantage of. I just feel uncomfortable with how my...
Read moreIF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. WORST PIERCING STUDIO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Alycia pierced my vertical labret with a 14g without my consent, when she showed me my labret after it was done straight away I knew it was a 14 gauge jewelry instead of the STANDARD 16g. When asked her why she said she PURPOSEFULLY doesnât tell her clients sheâs piercing them with bigger gauge. Like what? Why wouldnât that be something youâd make clear to your clients? Not only did that happen but after swelling went down 2days after I got it pierced my labret looked CROOKED ASF. Like I was smiling that it wasnât a vertical labret it was a horizontal one LMFAO. I took it out immediately. I REALLY REGRET NOT TAKING MY TIME & MONEY ELSEWHERE. Also her apprentice Hailey did an awful job on my nose stud, even admitting sheâd never let an apprentice touch her ever again like maybe I shouldâve taken her advice haha. Also my gf was having some issues with a lip piercing Alycia did, she was having some problems with her piercing and Alycia told her to come in so she could take a look at it (mind you we live in PALM HARBOR) and Alycia DIDNT SHOW UP. Her excuse was she was watching her step kid because they where sick, but didnât think to text anyone to let them know that. So we drove over an hour there and over an hour home for nothing, REALLY...
Read moreAlycia is amazing and is my favorite piercer in the Bradenton/ Sarasota area by far. She creates a positive and relaxing atmosphere and talked me though every step she was taking. Most recently I got both of my eyebrows pierced and she let me know that she was going to pierce with a 14 gauge so it had less of a chance of rejection and she was right. She even nailed the placement on her first try! I have also gotten my upper lobes done by her and a Christina. My Christina was a re-pierce because my experience with goodfeathers ended up being pierced incorrectly with wrong placement and too small of jewelry. She nailed the placement and I was able to walk away comfortably and most importantly happy. I never experienced feeling rushed or uncomfortable during any of the process and I will go to her for any of my future...
