I have been in sales for over 35 yrs. I was a customer that was not all dressed up to the nines & ignored when I walked in to LyteWorks. I was purely running an errand, only looking for replacement light bulbs & not a light fixture. I had inquired about these replacement light bulbs, at the front desk. David was an extremely professional sales representative, that was at the front desk immediately listened to what I was specifically looking for & got on the computer & did all of the research for me, without any hesitation at all.

David was so helpful & did not make me feel like he was missing out on any commission, of another lighting customers sale. I can’t not say enough about how I was treated with the utmost care & respect, for only requesting light bulbs. Working with David for only looking for the correct sized light bulbs for me, was great experience. On top of the customer service that I had received, for my small purchase, David offered me complimentary free delivery, for them all. I highly recommend David for any purchase, of a light that you need, at LyteWorks. Dealing with this Company, was exceptionally customer service, oriented. You always pay for what you get. Customer Service & being attentive to each customer, is hard to find. When I’m in the market for a light, there is no doubt at all, I will be requesting & looking David! I have owned a Peter Lik photograph (74" x 38") for about 10 years now. Bought it when we were in Las Vegas and the lighting just gave the picture a WOW factor that I hadn't been able to replicate. I recently moved from St. Petersburg and was told to talk to Jeanine Reise. She came to the house and suggested two ceiling floods (well, not the typical floods, these were LED's with the ability to cast a wide beam, narrow beam or spotlight). The minute the lights were installed the picture created the same WOW factor that made us purchase it in the first place.
