This is my 5th time at this location. I come back because it’s the only one near me. The breakfast peanut butter crunch wrap is always good. My issue which brings me to finally leave a review is your smoothies at this location only. They are horrible. It gets worse every time I come. To the point I will never be back. I did not pay $15.50 for two smoothies just to not be able to drink it in the car because of all the huge chunks of ice, bananas and this time a chunk of protein power as well I sucked up. That was gross let me tell you. It is not that hard to tell when you blend a smoothie long enough. This is the 2nd time I had to bring my smoothie home and dump in my own blender just to make it smooth. If I wanted an Icee I would have went to 711 folks. I also have to agree with the other reviews. The drive thru is the slowest. I was the only car there literally, not even one parked, and it still took 8 minutes to get my smoothie. I see a lot of talking and unhappy staff. I also see where managers pop on here and add a reply to reviews that they are sorry and want to make it right. Sure doesn’t seem like they are taking the feedback and doing anything positive otherwise this would not continue. terrible customer service everytime i come here and I won’t be wasting my money again i’ll go to a different location. and don’t sit there and get an attitude with me either asking me if there’s a problem. when whole time you’re just standing around not doing a thing. while your other employee just disappears, yall are beyond slow and you’ll sit there for over 10 mins just waiting. a joke that this place is.

i try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but the past 3 times i’ve been coming i get the peanut paradise point 2 scoops of whey protein extra peanut butter. all have been wrong they been charging me 10.67 bc they don’t listen to add 2 scoops been giving me one. was just there they give me a peanut butter cup so i turn around bc two days ago they did the same thing. i know for a fact this drink isn’t what i paid for i don’t taste anything i paid 12.05 for. i handed her the wrongful drink and she hands me the new one within secs so it’s hard to believe im even drinking what i paid for. it’s annoying too as i was the only one there from the beginning i just don’t get where you get peanut butter cup from peanut paradise two completely different things...

I ordered lunch for my husband and myself and it came to about $40. My husband picked up the food and brought it home. I received half my order and the other half had someone else’s name on it. We ended up throwing it away because it had ingredients that he could not eat. We called the store and they told us they would refund my money back to my card. THREE WEEKS LATER, no refund. I called about 5 times and could not get a person. I finally got a hold of someone and she said that they were unable to issue me a refund and she does not know why. She offered a vip card which she said would give me free smoothies for a year. Never received it. It has been almost 2 weeks now. This is insane. I have been patient but still not getting...
