Togi's Sub Station — Restaurant in Bradford

The food is great. If you get what you order and or if you don't get to upset about the Hour plus wait. The staff will get yo you when they get to you. It is confusing you walk in a chest high bar you can sit pick up order or place your to go orders. Ok then if you want to eat in. That when the staff act confused and really arse hats. We had driven 8 hrs from Va. The place packed finally we saw a small sign that read please seat yourself . Oh ok. 5 min later beverage order. A can of beer and two waters. The h2o was within a min. Then husband was where's my beer. They bought over a frosty mug that causes head freeze . He then asked then for a bottle or can ok they came over we placed food order. 10 min later no beer. Ok not life or death the grill should if been fired up then I heard the cook/waiter oh man then threw burger on grill 15 no apps no beer . But the water was great . My husband which is very calmed manner stood up and said f this 20 plus min later no beer no food and they where so rude. I happen to leave my new I phone plus on table I ran BK in the waitress was standing at our table what it appeared she was looking at phone I said gee I left my phone. Oh yeah I saw that . No attempt to help me or come out of bar to tell me. Ok that's my rant . But go next door and you will want to adopt the cook. Arrcchhh (homer Simpson drool) they are the greatest . Today we ordered subs the one was completely wrong . No big deal returned immediately to get money back for only the one sub … walk in kindly respectfully tell the lady at the register that the sun wasn’t what they wanted and they would like the money back to get another sub from another place .. she begins to argue . I say ma’am I’m. It here to argue just to get the money back no one is in the right or wrong .. she gets more argumentative so I repeat myself and she gets louder and more argumentative and then starts to try and belittle me telling me I don’t k own how to order and to learn the menu …. One I didn’t order two I have not seen the menu … three I e asked over ten times to not argue and to just kindly get mi way back and cause no scene well it had to get to the point when she got loud enough to cause a scene that finally I’m assuming the supervisor came out and very respectfully handled the situation and return money … but to have an employee that causes that scene at a family restaurant…… this is why togis has lost over half their buisness in the past three years …. Hire better employees because that girl is the reason me and my family will never...

Togi’s Family Restaurant is one of my favorites in Bradford. Unfortunately, the cook doesn’t run back and forth between places to complete orders, so the food at Togi’s Sub Station just doesn’t compare. At first glance, this burger looked great - but a cardboard texture and charred flavor isn’t quite my preference. So needless to say, my delight turned to disappointment after I heard a crunch when I bit down! I tried to get through it since it is the first takeout meal I’ve had since March, but I had to concede. I threw in the towel along with my appetite. Alas! Another patty lost to the flame.
