Daddy's Dairy — Restaurant in Braintree

On january 16, 2021( Saturday) I went to buy ice cream for my first time in this place. The two young ladies employees(a tall Caucasian and an asian) they were very kind. When I get into the store they welcome me and my mom, the asian asked me if was my first time there, I said yes, and ahe said; I hope you like it and I hope to see you again.. That's how people treat a customer, she gave us time enough to decide what we want. Me and my mom said; definitely we come back!!! (That's why I gave the 5 start). Well today on January 19, 2021 I did my second visit waiting for a good welcoming like my first time. I got it wrong!! It were 2 different employees, this time were (a different Caucasian and another one that looks spanish). Was not a good welcome, the young lady(the one looks who Spanish) who took my and my kids orders had a very rude face looking at us like; "I am waiting for you to decide". The another employee ( the asian young lady) have to come and be an example of a good employee to ask me and my parents how is suppose about my parents order. I did heard a thank you!, or enjoy! or thanks gor comming!! Just a body language attitude for me and my family.. That young lady( thr one who looks Spanish) need help and training about customer service with the asian and the Caucasian young ladies from the Saturday afternoon.. If I could qualify again. Just for her I don't put even 1 start. Her attitude about how she look the customer is just for turn around and leave the store.. Very sad.. A big NOTE; Is not my intention to talk about race or discrimination, is how I can describe them like that the manager can know who is doing good customer service and who need to put the attitude down with the customer and learn how customer service work. For the next time. I will thinking better what day I go, I Wouldn't like to receive that kind of service again with the same employee.. Very poor service with that only employee!!! I don change thr starts, because the employees who did great service for my first visit...

I might rate it a 4 for being so busy and right off a highway, but the food and service is enough to push it to a 5. I have come here multiple times and the servers have always been patient. There are a TON of options, so if you have never been there before the choices can be overwhelming. I go here mainly for the huge selection of soft serve, they have at least 50 flavors of it and can make twists of all of them. They have all the fixing's you could want from nuts and fruit to candy and crackers. They have a variety of specialty dipped waffle cones as well, my favorite is the chocolate dip with rainbow sprinkles. They also have - ice cream cakes, cupcakes, boozy ice cream, specialty dipped bananas, ice cream sandwiches, sorbet, rickey's and drinks, as well as regular ice cream. There is some seating inside and outside of the building. It can get quite loud and chaotic. If you want soft serve - walk in and go straight to the lefthand side so you can see all the options. If you want hard serve you can just walk up to the counter immediately after going inside. There is nothing to see in the immediate vicinity except busy streets - however, there are a ton of stores a short walk/drive away. It is very conveniently located off...

I was looking forward to coming here for quite a while. I first knew about this place through Instagram a couple of months ago, the pictures and videos looked nice so it got stuck in my mind but I gotta say, when I first got here I was less than impressed. I was planning on getting a Banana Split so looking through the menu so I could pick out the flavors but I felt the attendant wasn’t very patient, I wasn’t even in the line, then when I came up the counter she wasn’t very friendly. There’s a minimum of $10 for credit card so I had to get a bottle of water to go over the 10 dollar amout. The Ice Cream was okay, nothing like what I was expecting, there was a piece of pineapple in it that wasn’t good, like sour and old.
