If I could give 0 stars I would… the customer service at this store is beyond terrible! I placed an order for pickup before I was leaving abroad for 2 weeks. It was supposed to be ready the day before my trip but it was late so I was unable to pick it up. When I tried to extend my pickup window, it wouldn’t allow me to extend it beyond 4 days. I wanted to call the store to see if they could extend it further but I wasn’t able to call from overseas until the day after my pickup window ended. I finally got through to them less than 1 hour after they had returned my order and I was told by the associate there that while they physically had the item I ordered, they were unable to place the order for me again since it needed to be sent back to the original store it came from and was showing out of stock online. I was there around six on February 25 and was asking questions about the luggage and needed assistance. I was told “just go over there and look for myself” by a person working up front. I had already been looking for thirty minutes. I did purchase a suitcase however I will be returning it on March 3rd as soon as the store opens. It was not what I was initially looking for. I normally go to Nordstrom Rack in Chicago and absolutely love it. I have to say this one left a bad taste in my mouth and I am not sure after I return this item that I will go to another Nordstrom Rack. Customers invest a lot for the items from this store.    Read moreI went to the store to get a store credit for something I received because it didn't fit. The rep said no problem she would give me a store credit. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my ID and told her I would go back the next day. When I did, it was a different person and she said that the previous person had given wrong info. There is nothing they can do because I don't have a receipt. It's a lot of misinformation. That doesn't make since at all. What is there rules?
