Ordered takeout recently and when I went to pick it up when they said, it was still not ready. After waiting 20 minutes, I saw the woman behind the counter put her hands into my container without gloves, to put the overflow of noodles back in the container. Mind you, she had been ringing up orders, taking credit cards and touching everything without washing her hands. I kindly asked her to make me another order because that was unsanitary, especially with Covid. A definite board of health violation. She said something to the cook and he seemed to be upset. They made me another order with only noodles and little seasoning. He left out the chicken and vegetables that the dish called for. This was obviously deliberate. I will never go to this...

I feel bad leaving such a poor review, however the food was just not acceptable. My egg rolls looked good on the outside but were filled with something that had to be old. So dry I had to spit out it. The crab Rangoon also seemed spoiled like the filling was separating (could have been from bad onions or something). The beef on a stick (teriyaki) was really good. I'm normally not picky about American/Chinese takeout. But I had to throw the food out and make something else out of fear of getting sick. I think that guys just need to try their food and reassess. I tried the food at a company Christmas party and thought the food was great. three months later I decided to go out of my way and get some food. Good service even gave them a $10 tip. came home to eat, any food that was cooked in oil had a very bad burnt flavor to it, the rice was dry and hard when I called them to let them know they might be cooking with bad oil.
