Editing... owner apologized, so will try them again for Monday nights. Overall it's a great place, so hopefully this was an anomaly. Bad for Monday Night Footabll. Unfortunate that they don't actually honor their operating hours. They actually turned off the TV's at the start of the 4th quarter of Monday night football at 10:30p when their hours state they are open until midnight on Mondays. Really disappointing, given how much money we had spent and tipped on food and drinks up to that point and weren't loud or any kind of issue. The employees simply wanted to go home early....

Rubino's Sports Bar and Grill in Ashburn, VA, is a fantastic spot for a great meal! The chef really knows what he is doing👌The nachos are a must-try—loaded with toppings, nacho cheese, chilli and full of flavor. The Grilled Salmon with broccoli and risotto is also exceptional, perfectly cooked with a bit of crisp, just delicious. Don’t miss the Sunday Meatballs and plain cheese Pizza 🍕 they are incredibly flavorful and real highlights! I highly recommend this place for both the food and the atmosphere! I will definitely be back to try the Philly Cheese...

We stopped in at Rubinos on a Friday at dinner time (5:30pm). The bar area was already crowded. The restaurant was about 1/2 full.

We ordered a Pizza and cheesy fries. Both were good, but I would have preferred the fries to be cooked a little longer, so that they’d be more crispy.

We’ve ordered delivery from Rubinos a lot during COVID and glad to see their business is booming, seems that the bar is a huge hit!
