Slow service. After I paid for my order the cashier just turned around to do what he does, but never offered me the receipt. I waited a while to see if he was coming back to ask if I wanted my receipt, but he didn't. So I had to take it myself off the cash register, I don't think he even noticed.
Atmosphere is bad due to the fact that the barista WOULD NOT STOP talking to his two friends who are standing at the collection end of the counter. Not talking about anything related to their orders. Just casually chatting away about life and what they like to do, what kind of gym workouts they do, etc., as if they were just hanging out and gabbing - except your barista is on paid time. It was loud and annoying, complete noise contamination for that small space and on a Sunday morning too. All customers who've ordered are just waiting around for their items. Read moreBarb the barista at this Starbucks is very rude. Every time I come to this Starbucks, she always seems to be in bad mood and Ive seen her get loud with multiple customers before. This isn’t the first I’ve had a bad encounter with her. But today was very unsettling for me. I went in to buy a gift card, she sees me standing there and says to the other barista “she can keep waiting I’m doing something else.” The worse part is, she says it loud enough for me to hear as if I’m being a bother to her.
