Very unhappy with my experience. Wouldnt even give 1 star. Went thru drive thru. Ordered 3 subs subway club, ham and cheese loaded. And toasted tuna. Order was repeated back correctly. Reasonably quick drive thru. Drive 20 minutes home. During a bad storm. Pull the Ham and cheese out of bag not wrapped fell on floor and no cheese little meat very little veggies. Not loaded. Pull out Club. Not wrapped but caught it before it fell on floor. Nothing but lettuce and mayo. Pull out sub # 3. No cheese asked for provolone. Little tuna (old). No mayo. No pickles. Awful. Not wrapped either. Called up spoke with Manager (Angel) was not helpful or nice. Was told to bring back subs during the storm and to be sure to come back inside. Before she left. As i said its storming. And she would give us our money back. But of course we have to pay again and inconvenience ourselves as well as our gas. Before i called my sons gf called and she told her she just arrived and was rude to her. When i called she was just leaving for the day. Do not recommend going thru drive thru. Always go in.    Read moreDrive thru employee was speaking to another employee in restaurant, so we waited to place our order until the lady was finished speaking with whoever needed to know that she started her day with no bread. We sat waiting to place our order for 6 minutes...upon, which she let us know that she was waiting on us ... we had 2 separate orders and 4 subs total. She started first order and then asked for the second order she was impatient and borderline rude. She was overwhelmed and top it all off she forgot one item on my sub and two items on my friends. I pass by your store several times a week, and I have been waiting to go there. I must say by the time we paid she was smiling because she was frustrated at the fact that I asked for a tuna sub toasted without the tuna. She said "what you mean I already made the sub...she then said "I guess so yeah, sure!." She was irritated and it showed. Plus, I really wanted that provolone cheese on my sub I was looking...

Ordered online and when arrived to go in to pick up Iâm told they are understaffed and I had to wait in the long drive through line to get my order. They actually had the doors locked to get in. The next week my wife ordered online and she arrived to go through the drive thru and she was told all online orders must be picked up inside. What?!! How about making up your mind. Also, they are supposed to close at 9pm. Went there tonight (I know, why do I keep going? Itâs the only sub shop in the area) my wife arrived at 8:53pm and kept asking and saying hello at the drive-thru. No one answered. She drove to the window at 8:55 PM the lady finally noticed her and open the window and said Iâm sorry weâre closed. It wasnât 9 oâclock yet. When you say your hours are 9 PM then you should stay open till 9 PM. They just lost a regular customer with a large family. Guess they donât care...
