We usually have very good experiences with the food and service. The past probably 7 times we have placed an order, the same item (buffalo sauce) has been left off a pizza. While we have enjoyed the free pizzas for the trouble, we would appreciate what we ordered more so. That is a minor concern as to why I am contacting you today. I was home alone when our delivery was made. I was first caught off guard since the tracker said it was still at the store. When I noticed on the ring camera I was confused why the driver didn't drop the pizzas off since it was a contactless delivery. I got my pizzas from him and he proceeded to preach to me, asking me if I were to die today if I know I would be going to Heaven or not. As you can imagine, being a woman home by myself and having an unknown man at my door talking about me dying today was pretty concerning. My husband came home as I shut the door and asked what was wrong, seeing that I was visibly scared. I called the store and spoke to Duane, the manager. I first brought up the buffalo sauce missing. He offered to remake it or credit the account. He had no response when I questioned why this has happened multiple times, and asked if there was a way to actually get what we ordered next time. I remember seeing his name on the majority of our orders under "quality check", but obviously there is no quality check if the same thing continues to happen. When I told Duane about the interaction with the driver, he said "uh okay. I'll talk to the driver". That was it. He didn't even acknowledge that it was inappropriate. We will not be ordering from this location again. I understand that missing our purchases won't affect your business, but I wanted you to be aware of what was happening in your store so you don't continue to...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at any food chain. The first time we ordered from here, the delivery driver came up to the door with pants unbuttoned, forgot the receipt and went downstairs to get the receipt but never brought it back up. The pizza took forever to get just 2 miles from where they are from us. I complained and was emailed a promo for free pizza in my email. I clicked the redeem button and gave this location another chance. I selected my debit card as usual and it took an hour from start to finish exactly for him to get to my door. The same delivery driver and he forgot the receipt AGAIN. Went downstairs and when he came back up said I didn’t pay and owe them $44. I explained to him that I had a promo and used my debit card. I called the location and offered to pay over the phone, but Crystal said that I had to have a promo code in order to get the pizza for free. Explained to her I didn’t have a promo code, it was an email and I ordered directly through the app. Crystal was the poorest excuse of a manager ever. Even though they got here an hour later, she said “your delivery time said 35-50 minutes” and didn’t even acknowledge that they were not only late, she wouldn’t honor the email I had applied to my order, and didn’t take my payment over the phone. I will never order from Dominoes again, and honestly would go out of my way to tell everyone I know to never use this location. Trash service. I admit I lost my cool and was not pleasant over the phone at all, but this was after Crystal downright refused to make anything right and told me to call corporate. I tried to order a pizza for my kid and boyfriend while i was at work so he my boyfriend could pick it up and take home after he got off work so they could eat. I was not able to pay with my credit card over phone for pick up for $11.77 1 pizza and they wouldn't deliver it with out id and proof of credit card when delivered or pick up is what i was told. Never ever has that happen before for delivery or pick up. I even gave them my boyfriend's name and phone number for delivery or pick up, my boyfriend left his wallet at home that's why i was ordering it. The manager said no! I have NEVER IN MY LIFE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PAY FOR CARRY OUT OVER THE PHONE OR DELIVERY and had to show id and my credit card.. So I couldn't order carry out for my boys to eat from there!! So because of that i will no longer do business with them or my boyfriend. That is ok because Plam River pizza will do it and the manager will go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied! I was able to order pizza for my boys while I was at work and my boyfriend pick it up on his way home!!! Awesome! What if i WANTED to buy my neighbor pizza or a family in need and have it delivered or call them and tell them that tonight dinner was paid for and you and your children can eat today go ahead and pick it up and I'm at work.. They won't do it. Sad... Funny because when I was in Georgia and ordered food for my boyfriend in Florida and had it delivered to his job as a surprise i paid for it over the phone no problem!!!
