Taco Truck — Restaurant in Brandon

I used to go to the Stock truck a lot. I love their steak tacos recently. I called there to order lunch for the office the gentleman Dennis that I usually speak to was off running and errands and a Spanish lady answered the phone And said she didn’t speak English so I put my boss on the phone who is bilingual any place the order I three steak soft tacos, and I heard him tell her flower tortillas after picking them up and returning back to the office. I had corn tortillas which I do not like them if they’re not fried I immediately called and Dennis answered the phone. I informed him of the issue he asked me if I could return And they can remake them, but I could not do that due to. I only get a 30 minute lunch and it takes me 30 minutes to get there and return to work. He informed me that when I want to order again they would replace the three soft tacos about a week or so went by and I called to do so and he informed me that the owner said he would not replace my tacos. This is the worst Customer Service that I’ve ever received when someone has messed up my food in a big or small establishment so unfortunately, I cannot return to a place that does not provide Good customer service. They said the reason was because of the language barrier there was no language barrier, especially when I took the initiative to put someone who spoke Spanish...

I’ve been on a mission to try every single Mexican food truck in Tampa because I am from Phoenix so I’ve been spoiled with Mexican food, so trust me when I say I know what good Mexican food is. This one so far has been the worst one yet…probably some of thee worst Mexican food I’ve had. I only went here because of the reviews.

To start the service was great! Very very nice lady at the front, but the food was an absolute let down!

I got a carne asada burrito and let’s start with the rice, it was undercooked. Have you bitten into undercooked rice? Yeah, ouch. The meat, flavorless. The burrito wrap, horrible the burrito was wrapped SO poorly I had to re-wrap it myself. The burrito itself was also hardly filled with anything.

The asada fries were eh OK. Literally had no flavor to it. The beans on it tasted like something from a can. I was starving and ate half of the fries but didn’t finish my burrito because how could I? The rice was undercooked.

Overall, DO NOT stop here especially if you’re looking for good flavorful Mexican food because I promise you’ll be disappointed. I would’ve enjoyed Taco Bell more than...

Don't get me wrong everybody's entitled to their opinion but this other chicks review reads more like it's from someone that could never and will never do better and would burn water. You know her, I'm like totally from austin so like I totally know what I'm talking about..... Right sweetheart. Go back Texas, please, and bore them as you done with us and your contrived review. The only thing you're the authority on is how to be as deep as a puddle of spit and point fingers when you yourself couldn't do better. But like I'm totally on this mission.... Sure you are, hopefully back to Texas. The bottom line here is the food is amazing and these people are awesome. They work really hard and chicks like that and their blackballing should have their phone removed if for nothing to prevent hard working families from suffering because someone as dense as a rock wants express just how much they don't know. But I totally know what I'm talking about....
