The food here was excellent hot, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made to order. Everything I tried was really good, and I would recommend it for the quality of the food alone. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. When I arrived, I waited a bit before anyone came to the window. The employee had a headset on, was talking on the phone, and didn’t greet me just used hand gestures to take my order. She stayed on the call the whole time, didn’t tell me my total, just handed me the payment device and receipt without saying a word. When my food was ready, she didn’t call me or let me know just left it sitting until I noticed it myself. When I asked politely for an extra sauce, she gave me a dirty look while still on the phone. I recently dined at Mpanitas, and overall, it was a delightful experience that brought me back to the heart of Venezuelan cuisine. The ambiance, service, and most dishes were fantastic, earning my 4 out of 5 rating.One of the standout features that I loved about Mpanitas was its family-oriented atmosphere. The owners, who were present with their extremely polite children, created a warm and inviting environment. It was heartening to see a family coming together and contributing to the overall charm of the restaurant.The unique take on the arepa and the standout brown sugar lemonade added a creative touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the tequeños were a real highlight. They were delicious, and while I wished they offered a pink sauce, the green and red sauces provided were both excellent...

The food is EXCELLENT! But unfortunately, been there twice, once a big pick up order and the second time “eat in”, both times I got the same lady at the counter. She acts like we are doing her a favor by eating there, doesn’t even smile and looks like she is bored and wants to go home. The place should offer silverware and fans for the heat, if eating in. While we were eating, she got out, locked the truck and left, without even asking if we wanted anything. Other than that AWESOME FOOD!!!

La comida es excelente. Desafortunadamente, hemos ido dos veces, una para recoger una orden grande y la otra para comer ahí, las dos veces nos atendió una señora que cree como si le estamos haciendo un favor comiendo ahí y actúa como si está fastidiada. Mientras comíamos, salió del food truck, lo cerró y se fue, sin preguntarnos si necesitábamos algo más. Lo cerró y se fue. Eso fue hoy, Marzo 26 a la 1 pm.
