Maganda Cuisine Foodtruck, located conveniently near the Brandon Oriental Market, is a delightful gem for anyone craving authentic Filipino food.
I started with the lumpia, a classic Filipino spring roll, which was crispy and perfectly seasoned. The pork adobo followed, and it was a standout. The tender pork, marinated in a rich, savory sauce, was incredibly flavorful and comforting.
My wife chose the siomai and chicken inasal. The siomai, a type of steamed dumpling, was delicate and juicy, with a delightful blend of spices. The chicken inasal, a grilled chicken dish marinated in a mixture of calamansi, vinegar, and spices, was equally impressive. The chicken was succulent, with a smoky, tangy flavor that was both simple and deeply satisfying.
Afterwards we bot enjoyed a halo-halo that was perfect refresher after spending all day in the hot summer sun. It was a perfect mixture of halohalo ingredients without being to sweet or overdone. The staff are equally gracious and accommodating and really shine with the warm hospitality the Phillipines in known for.
Overall, Maganda Cuisine offers a food experience that is both delicious and true to the spirit of Filipino cuisine. The dishes are simple yet rich in flavor, reflecting the essence of traditional...
Read moreFirst and foremost want to say thank you to Maganda Cuisine for opening up in the area Iâd been craving Filipino food and not too many places around. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and the lovely ladies who run the food truck they were nice and informative, they explained every dish they had on their menu in rich detail. The Filipino BBQ is hands down my new favorite I recommend it to anyone who goes there itâs the best, I had some Halo Halo after. I saw a couple bashers who left a bad review and I hope yâall see thisđđ»and realize Maganda Cuisine is new on the scene theyâve only been open a few weeks theyâre still learning and perfecting their craft. You bashers complaining because you mightâve waited a bit too long for your food, well you shouldâve gone to McDonalds if you wanted fast food. Me personally I prefer a fresh cooked meal like the kind they serve at Maganda Cuisine I donât mind if I have to wait a little bit least I know itâs being made fresh and not frozen like at most places. Iâll definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the menu. Thank you...
Read moreGreat food, and great service! Enjoyed everybit of this meal. Had the lumpia, siomai, pancit, and chicken adobo. Lumpia comes out slightly oily, mainly because they're very fresh and right out the fryer. Really crunchy and nicely rolled filled with the minced meat. Went well with the sweet and sour sauce. Siomai was fantastic, very good flavor just by itself. Comes with Soy sauce and Chili oil. Chili oil does have a nice kick to it but very good. Good combination with the sauces. Pancit, also delicious. Nice soft flavor of soy and hints of basil. And lastly the adobo chicken. Simple dish but very good. Meat fell right off the bone, no struggle at all. Adobo flavor went all the way down to the bone and nothing overpowering either. First time having filipino food so not sure what to base it off of, but a very high start as far as the flavor. This is a food truck, so portions are as expected, and dishes and decently priced. I will...
