Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Most disrespectful location I have ever enter and I’ve been coming here for years. MICHAEL who worked the lunch shift on 3/27 was beyond disrespectful. The first interaction we had was when I asked another employee for my drinks after ordering the kiosk, he didn’t hear me and kept walking away, I went to ask the other lady employee and MICHAEL jumps in without me speaking to him “you need to be waiting for us to give you a drink” then the super nice lady ended up handing to it me. As I’m sitting with my family he is literally death starring me through the lobby the whole time. I went to get a fiesta potatoes, paid and ordered it, after he kept starring I just asking for my money back from the nice lady, he then jumps into the conversation and says “oh I must be a threat to you baby you must feel unsafe here” how disgusting and unprofessional with him. As I go and sit back with my family and we are getting ready, we all stand up, he is watching up again and then goes “ BYEEEEE BYEEEEE HOPE YOU FEEL SAFE. BYEEEEE DONT COME BACK BYEEEE” I then walked up to the counter and asked for his name multiple times and he thought it was nothing but a joke saying “oh now you’re making me unsafe, I don’t feel comfortable giving you that” I did not know his name until the manager on duty yelled his name for him to stop. What's the point of ordering online to pickup through drive-thru, when you arrive there, they request you come inside because it is a "big order?" Even offered to drive through again to allow for prep time and told "no." An online order for a family of 5, not that big. So parked in the handicap spot with my placard, since I'm disabled and ordered online and chose drive-thru pickup for the convenience, but ok. After waiting sometime for my food, I opted to go ahead and drink one of the 3 drinks I ordered, with no straw, since the straws were in a bag. Peeled the lid off and drank, accidentally cracking the plastic lid. Requested a new lid to replace it. When given my order, I request a small side of sour cream, which I'm told is an upcharge of $.65. So even after I order online and select to pickup through drive-thru because I am handicap, am told I have to come inside and wait for the order to be completed anyways, can't comp me a sour cream. Then claim you gave me a free drink. No, you gave me a lid, not another drink. Tried to bring me a sour cream in the parking lot, too late. Never again at...

Very bad experience. They have thugs working in there.. One employee stared me down as if to threaten me.. And when I questioned the person at the window, that I was paying my bill, why was this person staring at me. She stated that it's best if I just take my food and move on. At that point the individual jumped into the window and said yeah I'm the one staring at you what are you going to do about it. Then he threatened me to fight him outside. Is that the new Taco Bell that we need to look forward to in the future? I am going to figure out a way to bring this particular restaurant into responsibility by whatever means necessary that are allowed me by the law. I would caution anyone wanting to go to this particular Taco Bell until they have learned how to reestablish their operation and start being more professional and less threatening.
