Last night was the first time I have ever ordered from Little Caesars and it will be my last. I ordered online for delivery at 6:15 pm. The tracker said I would get my order at approx. 6:45. At 7:00 pm, still no pizza. I called at 7:10 and the lady that I talked to, who was probably in India or China, told me that she would contact the driver. She put me on hold, came back and said the driver was not answering and according to what she could see on the map, was not anywhere near my location. She offered to refund 80 percent of my bill and I agreed. I told her I will give it another 15 minutes and if it still hasn't come I will be calling back for a full refund. I then tried to call the driver myself, driver answered and hung up. I called back again and got her voicemail and said it's been an hour...where is my pizza? I called customer service back at 7:30 and she gave me a full refund as it was way over the time it should have been delivered. As I was on the phone with her, I received a text from the store that the driver had just picked up my order. It was a different driver. I got a text that said Roberto is having trouble finding your location please call or text. I called...he answered and I asked are you having trouble finding my apartment....uhhhhhhhh...no speak english....Really? Fricking learn English if you are going to deliver pizza! My order showed up at 8:00 pm and it was ice cold. We normally order from Dominoes but wanted to try something different. If I have ever had trouble with Dominoes, they make it right. I usually get a free pizza out of the deal. I will not be ordering from Little Caesars again. I am glad to get the refund, however...she said it may take 10 - 12 business days to get it back. I would like to encounter someone who is more mature respectful especially working around my food. According to her she hates people that change their order and literally refused to do help my situation get better. She talked so much junk and every other word was a curse word. When I walked in she said what the F she want I was a bit confused but alert. Then it was confirmed that perhaps it was me she was talking about because when I wanted to change my order she said I'm happy I didn't take her order I hate people like that! She in food service if course you'll get certain people who does that you just hush and accommodate the people like get a new Job since you act like you hate working at lil ceasers. Read moreTerrible. They don’t put any sauce on their pizza. Nobody wants dry pizza. I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and I went back and forth with 2 employees about putting sauce on the pizza. They didn’t want to give me pizza with sauce on it. They were supposed to make me two fresh pizzas with sauce and had me wait 15 mins. When I came to get them, they gave me 2 pizzas that you could tell weren’t freshly made nor did they have sauce on them. I didn’t feel like continuing to go back and forth with them and my kid wanted it so I just left. My kid had to dip the pizza in crazy sauce. Terrible service. They pretty much refused to give me what I asked for which was pizza that actually has sauce on it. Won’t be going back. *Update: district manager reached out to me for a replacement order so I’m changing it to 4 stars. The employees weren’t happy about it all.
