McDonald's — Restaurant in Branford

My last two experiences here have been really shitty. I've been to this location three times to be specific.. I usually come early in the morning randomly on my way to go to work when I'm rushing. Coming through the drive thru looks extremely unsanitary. Fingerprints all over the window. And they have to manually move the window open and close it manually because it doesn't work.... Which has been like that for a couple of years now.. I came and ordered a PLAIN EGG AND CHEESE on a bagel. Which was $6.69 cents.. Okay, whatever. "Highway location bs they want to use." They double the prices. When I opened my sandwich, there was literally some kind of sauce all over it There was so much sauce on my sandwich, and I didn't know what it was, and I didn't expect or ask for anything but a plain egg and cheese on bagel. The presentation on top of that was disgusting. The sauce was all over the place without even taking the sandwich out of the bag. It leaked through the paper. I saved the sandwich and brought it back the next day. The manager tells me that the sauce automatically comes on the sandwich... Which makes no sense to me. If I am asking for a plain egg and cheese.... I didn't like the prices and the sandwich was disgusting.. Very dissapointing coming from McDonald's. I will never go to this location ever again in my life. You're better off not going there, either. Their food isn't that great for how much you're paying. Just go to one off the highway.. There are a couple that are still close to the freeway. They will never get over on me again. Also, it just seems like they get annoyed if you go through the drive-thru or maybe just annoyed in general. idk....

The I-95 Northbound Branford Service Plaza McDonald's is one of my favorite locations. They Staff are ALWAYS courteous, kind, helpful, and speedy! I never have to wait, more than 2 minutes, for my hot, fresh French Fries, and my favorite McDonald's Menu Item, EVER...The Bacon McDouble (No Cheese)! I, thoroughly, appreciate the lengths these employees go to, to ensure their Customers are well-satisfied, and never hafta go hungry! LOL! If you like McDonald's, like good, FAST Service, and enjoy fresh, hot, lightly-salted Feench Fries, take a quick spin, on up I-95N, swing intonthe Branford Service Plaza, fuel up, & feed...

So I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes and spoke to no one, once i realized 3 cars were behind me I decided to move up. I was then stuck behind 3 cars for another 20 mins with no escape. When i pulled up to tbe window the girl tried to hand me someone else's order. I explained that no one had spoke with me and she was clearly annoyed. 15 mins later I got my food. Needless to say I rarely eat fast food but I will never be back to this establishment. All in all 35 mins to get drive thru. By the way this was at 2 a.m. so not exactly busy....
