AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Branford

In the last two months I have been to this location four times. The employees are respectful and polite. I've been helped by three different employees. I'm in and out. I had to go to the east haven location for a part that was not in stock at branford, and the employee at east haven was miserable, and another didn't know how to talk to customers. After a bad experience and rude customer service at advanced auto parts, I took my business to AutoZone and let me tell you. The workers were very nice and helpful. Very friendly and hardworking. They replaced my dads battery very fast and efficiently even though the weather was bad. Overall such a great experience and they gave me such a good battery for a great price. The manager that works here is unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to people especially another autozone employees from different stores no matter if it is a manager or not because this has happenedmore then a few times . I heard he does this every time another store asks for him to transfer something over if something was purchased from his store by mistake online because there address are similar.
