Beautiful indoor AND outdoor spaces! Awesome views of the lake & the sweetest staff! The menu was yummy, too! We sat outside on 1 of the decks & tried the flatbread & the arancini. Both were DEElish! Lots of drink options, as well~ & Tina the bartender ROCKS! 🩷 Highly recommend! *EDITED TO ADD: We recently went back and had our birthday dinners here. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Our server was so sweet, & she explained everything about how the menu works.(In fact, the whole staff was very attentive.) We ordered their salad, which was big enough for 4 of us to split it, and we all even had seconds. The dressing was light and yummy, and the toasted quinoa on top was a great addition. We ordered the prime rib special for the night (which came with yummy roasted brussels sprouts, and potatoes, and some delicious focaccia bread) We also ordered the scallops (which came with risotto) & they were probably the best scallops I’ve ever had! (cooked perfectly!) The risotto was delicious as well. For dessert, we tried the chocolate budino. (I can’t say enough good things about this scrumptious dessert!) It had the most delicious salted praline sauce broiled on top. We also tried the house-made cheesecake, which was heavenly! My mouth is watering just writing this review and I can’t wait to go back!

We are in town from St. Louis visiting friends. We easily made reservations for a party of 8 online the evening before our dinner. We were greeted by the owner as if we were life-long friends, given a brief history of what the establishment had been in the past and the changes made, and shown to our table. Danielle, our server, explained the drink menu and the items on the dinner menu. Everything we had was over-the-top delicious. Every item is made in-house; pasta, sauces, desserts. Roasted Brussels sprouts had a great kick to start our experience. I ordered the spinach ricotta gnudi, hubs ordered the scallops. Both were cooked to perfection. Don't miss this gem!

We had the best time here. When we arrived, they greeted us like they already knew us and the enthusiasm from the staff continued throughout our experience. First of all, the view is breathtaking and certainly adds to the experience. They have a nice assortment of indoor and outdoor seating, including lounge areas on their patio great for groups and small tables for a more intimate romantic dinner. They have an impressive wine selection and I enjoyed the Malbec that I had. The arancini was cooked perfectly and delicious. Probably my biggest recommendation is the pepperoni flatbread. I would definitely order that again the next time we come here.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEWS:

The atmosphere at Cellar 417 is first and foremost the best. You get a view of the lake and the mountains. Next, Cellar 417 makes all their food on site. Well, they don’t hatch the fish, catch the shrimp, or raise and butcher the beef, haha, but they make everything in house. It’s not like some large chain restaurants that make everything ahead of time and then freeze the food for shipping to the local restaurant. I don’t probably need to mention which Italian food chain I’m thinking of. So I had the prime rib bites and my wife had the garlic shrimp. She said the shrimp was awesome. The sauce was like a chili oil reduction with a pleasant kick that wasn’t too spicy. The service is great too. We love the view from the outside patio seating. Check out the images I took.

Well, I don’t know for certain it looks like they converted a prior restaurant into the Cellar 417. I heard a staff member mentioned that this used to be another establishment called Vino Cellars. Before that was many other establishments and probably at one time many many years ago was someone’s house.

We heard the owner, Michelle, talking about the fact that they are going to build a wine cave in the basement. They are creating the Wine cave out of stone rock that they got and it’s going to look amazing. They’re going to put in a spiral staircase that takes you downstairs where you can go to wine taps and serve up your own wine. Then they’re gonna have a private dining area in the basement for groups and special occasions. And top it off with what’s going to be the amazing wine cave. No I’m not much of a wine drinker myself, but my wife loves it. So I would wanna come back just to go through the experience and try a little wine.

We discovered this restaurant while looking through a publication in our hotel and we are so glad we came here. This is a fabulous place to come for a romantic dinner and sit out on the patio where you can enjoy the view and spend time with your loved one. It’s also a very family friendly place so bring the entire clan and enjoy.

One last thing, is that they can get really busy so I highly recommend that you make a reservation. If you wanna sit on the patio, make sure to specify that in your reservation on the website. I specified that it was our anniversary and I wanted to sit on the patio with an amazing view and we got that as well as a fantastic dessert to celebrate our anniversary.

And ask for Gemma. She’s a fantastic server. Don’t forget to have...

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The food and wine were amazing and the service was better than you could ever ask for. I made reservations online ahead of time and called the evening of to make a special request. I planned to propose to my girlfriend and asked if they could possibly seat us outside as I wanted to surprise her after dinner. The person that answered the phone was so helpful and kind! I believe her name was Delaney (I hope i spelled that right). Not only did she save us a seat outside but she saved us the perfect table so I could capture the proposal on video. She was also kind enough to bring us champagne afterwards to celebrate! She went over the top to make our night special and we were blown away by it. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank...
