I went to this location Sunday. Order a couple salads. My wife did not have her dentures. That day, not trying to be personal. And we asked what the manager themselves, who was putting the salad together. Could she quarter the tomatoes and cucumbers please? She looked over-the-counter at us. It was a blank stare and said, no, it's not policy. I asked, please. And she picked him up off the white counter and stuck them in the salad. Whole then looked over-the-counter again and asked. Is there anything else in my opinion? That is 0 customer service. I mean 0 capital letters, customer service. She should be ashamed for having a manager tag on. I wish her no ill will so, but my wife doesn't lost her enamel. Due to a genetic and was forced to eat with no regard from the management of that store. When I tried to contact this store Via the phone number, it doesn't work. I've been in trying to get contact with the general manager. David Christman and have failed to have that happen as well. I am posting this because that restaurant, in my opinion, has one of the worst customer services of any restaurant. I have ever been to regardless of the title. Thank you
Since the original post above. I have stopped by 4, yes 4, other Subways. Everyone of them, all 4, said the would gladly cut up cucumbers and/or tomatoes in quarters for a salad, wrap or sandwich. They refuse to do the $4.99 footlong special. An employee told me it's because they're on the strip. LMAO. Ok, so if you're business is on the strip, that gives you the right to inflate prices, rip people off, and not honor NATIONAL specials for this franchise? That's funny, when you Google this location and go to the website that's on this location's page, it go's right to the website that shows the $4.99 footlongs. Maybe corporate should not allow them to use the Subway website since they don't honor anything on the website anyway! Read moreIt was not a great experience. I completely understand they are short staffed and I came during a rush period. However, it seemed they were caught unaware, as if the lunch rush caught them by surprise. The floor looked as if it hadn't been swept for a bit, tables desperately needed to be wiped down and the drink station needed to be cleaned. While I understand the stress, the staff was definitely not the friendliest.
On the positive, the sandwich tasted like it should. So, they managed to get that part correct.
