Quiznos — Restaurant in Missouri

I've always had great sandwiches and service at this Quiznos.......until this morning. Last time I was there I noticed they made a variety of breakfast sandwiches. I stopped this morning and ordered a "steak, egg&cheese" and was informed that they had ran out of eggs. No biggie I thought and i'll have a steak and cheese then. The girl rang up the order and it was full price! I asked her if I got a break because there were no eggs. She said "Oh no, we can't do that." Now in the grand scheme of things $.50 doesn't mean anything but loyalty does. I'm new to the area and drive past a subway and about a dozen other take-out places on my to and from home and my loyalties have always been to this locally-owned like-minded business but I guess its been a one way street. . . . . . New to the area and happened to meet the owner at sudden link. He overheard me say something about Mcalisters’s, I honestly love it, and said he if you’re not happy it’s free. Two things I like in this world are food and free. I took him up on it and went immediately after leaving. He was there! He introduced the manager and staff. We ordered our food, I had the French dip and my daughter the something w avocado lol. Let me just say it’s hard to get good au jus and this was hands down one of the best!!! The meat, cheese, horseradish ratio was perfect and the onions though sautéed still had a nice crunch. I didn’t leave a bite or drop of au jus, yes I drank it that good!!! The sandwiches my husband and I ordered were great! I think I got a very dry (in general) sandwich because there wasn't much ingredients to offset the strong taste of bread and cheese. I ordered the chicken carbonara sandwich. Don't get me wrong, it was still a great sandwich, just not my favorite which is why I only gave it a 4. At 9:30am on a Monday morning, we were greeted by a reserved employee with extreme professionalism that ensured all our needs were met when checking out. I believe he was the only employee in the restaurant because it was very quiet. The restaurant was very clean and created a welcoming ambiance.
