Eddie's Sandwich Shoppe — Restaurant in Brazil

Been here a few times, and it's a small town casual dining atmosphere, simple menu none of high class wannabe overdone stuff like in national chains, just an easygoing burger joint.......and i LOVE it!!!! Food tastes great, you see them cook it right in front of you, it's not overpriced, it's prices are like what food was priced at before the COVID-19 farce. I can't say enough good things about the place, the people working there were friendly, courteous and professional and just down to earth good people and made us feel right at home 🙂. It's a place I feel that is trustworthy that your food isn't going to go downhill just because some corporate person wants to save a few cents-national chains ,I'm talking to you!!!! So come out and support real people who are happy to see you!!!! That's what I've gotten in my experiences...

I am so disappointed right now. I have enjoyed Eddie's food several times and have noticed a downward trend in the quality. Today was the final time I will ever eat there. The staff has become callous and the quality sub-par. During lunch it was very busy so I expected the 30+ minute wait. I also expected fresh and hot food. I can look past the staff being less than pleasant due to the mad house. But the food should have been fresh and hot. It was cold and the buns were hard. This was brought to the attention of the staff and they basically said I was lying because it came straight off the grill and had to be hot. All I requested was for it to be replaced, no refund, no drama, just the level of food that is expected from Eddie's. I was denied any resolution what so ever. Not...

Waited 40 mins for over priced cheeseburgers, then ended up leaving without anything. Watched as they made 1 order at a time, on that big ol grill. The whole operation is severely lacking in efficiency. Told them not to bother making mine when they tried to give me another togo order, that called after I had already been there 15mins. Went there to "shop local", ended up going back to one of the corporate owned fast food joints that I had already drove passed to go to Eddie's. Pretty sure I'll not waste my time...
