Mario Brothers — Restaurant in Brazil

We walked into this restaurant and it wasn't busy at all. The staff was frantic as a few more families came in. We waited for sometime before our order was finally taken. Our food started to come out by another guy that didn't even know what was on the plate. They brought us food for a different table. After we had only received (cold) rice and beans, the extremely drunk and obnoxious table, the lack of drink refills and being walked past repeatedly, we got up and left. They have no control of the restaurant and apparently don't even know what is on their own menu. We visit from Kentucky every year and will never eat here again. Friendly employees, assisted me with getting my disabled brother in the building and seated! The food was fast, hot, fresh, and delicious! I had 3 enchiladas (1 beef, 1 cheese, and 1 chicken), Spanish rice, refried beans and everyone else had Mario's fajitas with steak, shrimp, chorizo, and sides which all smelled devine! Worst experience ever! Service was AWFUL! And Unprofessional! Along with the MANAGEMENT!!! Ordered a pitcher of margarita's just to find out they have NO pitchers. Ordered 1 margarita but was charged for 1 pitcher. Ordered a la carte quesalila but was charged for dinner meal.Waitress and Manger was discussing us to waitress mother, saying we were being MEAN!
