Freeze — Restaurant in Brazil

I’ve been going here for a long time ordering almost the exact same thing… unfortunately today was the first experience that was bad enough to post a bad review… first of all why do I always have to ask for napkins not only getting food but especially for the ice cream? Secondly and most important today I ordered a tenderloin that always takes forever to get but if you look at my pictures it obviously looks like someone took two bites out of it threw it back on the grill and served it to me! Had I not already been 15 minutes down the road I would’ve came back and made sure whoever did this is made it right! Who serves stuff like that and doesn’t check it out first? Even if someone hadn’t took bites out of it being it obviously looks like it I wouldn’t ever serve it looking like that! Thanks for the wasted money… if I ever come back I’ll be inspecting our food very closely. These pics show if it was bitten which is what it looks like… it was thrown back...

My whole family loves this place. But today...I dont know what the deal was with the cook. I went through the drive through and got a BLT Wrap..asked for extra everything on it plus mayo ...got my food and drove away. When I went to eat it...it had only bacon and mayo on it. I called they said they would remake it. So I drove back across town to pick it up...the guy told me that normally only Bacon, Lettuce, Tomatoes come on the BLT...(NO WAY...REALLY!!) I agreed and took the remade wrap...got back to work and now my B.L.T...has Bacon, Lettuce, Tomatoes and SHREDDED CHEESE on it....dose the cook not know what a BLT is? I have never had this problem before. I hope it's not going to keep happening. Would have given 5🌟's but this made me a little mad. I love Jeff the owner is an awesome guy. I hope...

Waited in "drive - thru " for 15 to 20 mins on a warm evening with only 2 vehicles in front of me !

Why do I care ?? ...bc I was on my way to Plainfield and I wanted someting cold to drink on the way...but I WAS on a time crunch ...all I ordered was a lemon shake-up for goodness sakes..

...and when I finally pulled up to the window there was no "sorry for your wait " or even a smile and a nice hello...just an uninterested face . I know the worker was probably parttime but that's not good service regardless.

Btw. .I love the Freeze and I know it's clean and food is good...but to pay approx 3.50 and have that type of "service" does not sit...
