I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bada Boom Beef in Posen, IL, and it was an unforgettable experience! Meeting up with family and friends at this local gem was the perfect way to kick back, enjoy amazing food, and make memories. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home, and we knew we were in for a treat.

We kicked off the meal with a few appetizers, and the seasoned fries were an instant hit—perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of seasoning. The Dorito nachos were unique and packed with flavor, a creative twist that left us wanting more. We couldn’t resist trying the Chicago-style hot dogs, which were everything a classic dog should be—juicy, with all the toppings done just right. Then came the beef sandwich, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, paired perfectly with their homemade organic bottled giardiniera sauce. This sauce is a game-changer! It’s not only the perfect addition to any sandwich, but it also makes a fantastic holiday gift idea.

And let’s talk about the fried chicken—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, it was everything you’d want and more. We loved tasting such a variety of dishes, and it was so much fun sharing and getting everyone’s take on their favorites. The flavors and portions made it easy to keep ordering, sampling, and passing plates around the table.

Driving from Ohio to Minnesota, Google routed me through off interstate routes to avoid traffic delays. Nature was making a collect call when an oasis from heaven opened up along the road with plenty of parking to get my pickup and trailer in. I parked, went to the gas station and found it was locked and couldn’t get to the restroom. So I went over to the place next door to use the bathroom. I don’t like using a place without ordering, so I ordered the fired chicken sandwich with fries and a drank. I was pleasantly surprised when my total was less than my same order from McDonald’s the day before! The fries were done perfectly, crispy on the outside and perfectly salted. The fried chicken did not let me down, this was so juicy and tasty. I went after it so hard, I had juices in my beard! I don't recommend this place because they hire folks that can't get simple orders correct. Cup of chili Only green onions. Gave me a cup of chili with no green onions and shlt load of cheese.

Go back in to correct it. Came back with a cup of chili with nothing in it again. Then come back to my truck and find out they didn't include the cup of cheese I ordered. So I called because I'm tired of walking back inside to get them to do their job and lady takes no blame in my order being wrong, even though she's the one that handed it to me.

You (owner) needs to train your employee to check bags cross them with the receipt to make sure people are getting what they pay for. The sheer audacity to say "it's not my fault" and you're the one that handed me the bag. Not only is my food cold now, order incomplete, I lost money because of the missing item. I will NEVER...
