3 of 5 time my coffee is cold, 😡 asked for a sugared razed donut & donut fries , got Hash Browns instead!! 😠 how hard is to put strawberry cream cheese instead of plain when asked for??? I go to Dunkin every morning. This location is usually fairly good but today I paid for 2 shots of expresso in my coffe and they didn’t even give me one ! They rung the order up wrong but the lady at the window reassured me that even though it wasn’t on the label that my expresso was in there. When I got to work the coffee is very weak and I don’t taste ANY expresso at all. So this location really confuses me, scan pen never works 1 min of sitting in drive thru, order on the go is never ready, 2 minutes of sitting in drive thru, then WHEN I SAY NO SUGAR SOMEHOW MY COFFEE TASTE LIKE SYRUP, I AVOID THIS LOCATION AND I LIVE A BLOCK DOWN, ONLY IF IM RUNNING LATE....now I work 45 minutes away so I'm running late today and when I get my hash browns I just put them in my purse, I smell burning in my car that I crack my window, adjust the heat, not know what I smell is my hash browns burnt so BAD u can smell and taste the burnt, VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I...
