First time trying this establishment and I did let little miss attitude know this . I’ll first start with the horrible customer service. I called and was greeted with a dry hello, attitude picked up immediately. If you are going to run a business , at least take some pride in the fact that anybody took a chance to give you some business. There was attitude before the lady who answered the phone even knew what I was calling about . I then proceeded to tell her that my husband just brought 2 strawberry banana smoothies and that it tasted like it had milk in it and that I have drunk plenty of strawberry banana smoothies and none of them tasted like that . (It was horrible , couldn’t taste the strawberries or banana)super bland just a strong milk taste . I did not touch my smoothie , I only sampled his . I asked for a refund and she said no , with an attitude of course , and then said I could swap my smoothie out for another flavor and to call back with my flavor. I called back with a swap out flavor , which I was reluctant to do, after seeing how piss poor the customer service was, she then said , I can’t make the smoothie for you ! Why would you say you could and then when I call back with swap out flavor , say no ? I asked why and she couldn’t give an legit explanation . Then she said , we will just give you a partial refund to your card. Stay away from this place and go somewhere where you are appreciated.
Edit : I let 4 additional people try this smoothie and all 4 said it was nasty and had no flavor . They all made the ugly face...
Read moreHey everyone, thanks for checking out this review! Today, I want to put you on to my new go-to spot. If you know me, then you know I’m big on holistic living—detoxing, healthy eating, and staying active—because health is wealth.
I took a chance on this Black-owned husband & wife establishment, and let me tell you, it was more than worth it. They’ve built something truly special, rooted in knowledge, passion, and community. I’ve already been back five times and built a great rapport with the owners. The wife is especially personable and welcoming, and the energy between them makes the experience feel like family.
What really stood out to me is how intentional they are. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted on my first visit—there were so many great options—but they guided me through everything with care, explaining the benefits behind each detox and smoothie. I appreciate that they use no added sugar and only the finest natural ingredients.
Are you a fan of ginger shots? You’ll love theirs. But hands down, my favorite smoothie so far is the dragon fruit—it hits every time. Honestly, I haven’t tried anything I didn’t like.
Let’s talk about the vibe! The place is spotless—from the floors to the walls to the breakfast bar. Everything is modern, clean, and super well-organized. It’s a place you feel good about supporting.
If you're ever in Country Club Hills, do yourself a favor and stop by. Let’s continue to uplift and support Black-owned businesses that are doing it right. I know I’ll definitely be back...
Read moreWell I would love to give this place 4-5 stars, but unlike the other reviews I don’t think the customer service was good. The young lady at the counter seemed like she was having a bad day. I was met with a very dry hello in response to me greeting her. I’m very friendly, so it was awkward. I asked for recommendations, she didn’t seem interested in saying much, so I bought my drinks and left. I gave it a second go and the man was actually friendly, which is why they got 3 stars and honestly the drinks were good. I’m probably not going back though. Customer service goes a long way and the number one reason it’s hard to support black owned businesses is their customer service. I do wish you guys all the...
