Their Cheddar Jalapeno Hush Puppies ($7.50 with cheddar, jalapeno, & comeback sauce). Fluffy, mildly spicy, & cheesy!!

LIKE THAT!! Their Loaded Fries ($12 with shrimp, crab meat, bacon, scallions, queso, jalapeno, & comeback sauce). Tasty, but eat these fast!!

STAMP!! Their Fish Wings ($12 fried jumbo cod with honey buffalo sauce). Well prepared, & seasoned, a sweet, & spicy buffalo sauce!!

STAMP!! Their Small Seafood Trawler ($24 with fried shrimp, grilled trout, a baked jumbo lump crab cake, remoulade, & a cajun slaw). Perfect fried shrimp, a small but lump crab cake, & a spicy slaw!!

STAMP!! Their Catfish Nashville Sandwich ($13.50 fried catfish with a Nashville hot slaw, & comeback sauce). A sweet but spicy hot slaw, & crunchy not mushy catfish!!

LIKE THAT! Their Big Fish Lil Fish ($12 fried haddock, Cooper sharp cheese, lettuce, tomato, & a remoulade). The Cooper sharp worked well with this sandwich ! . Customer Service: On Point . Parking: Decent/Garage. . Recommendations: Try what I STAMPED!! . Accessibility: It’s wheelchair friendly, & it’s differently abled persons friendly.

I’ve literally been here three times trying to order something as I’m considering them for an event I have scheduled at Mixt. They have the weirdest hours and never allow online ordering. But I finally made it today. However, was turned away as despite the fact that it said they were open online, apparently they close at 8 and I arrived a 7:59. The person taking the order wanted to help but the chef said no irrespective of the fact that I was considering them for an event which would have brought them in hundreds of dollars 🙄

Seriously annoyed and the fact that you HAVE like 4 choices for food because mixt doesn’t allow outside food is upsetting.

Was looking for a good hall after our trip to the National Arboretum. Big Fish was delicious.

Had the Trawler and it was the best fried seafood plate I have ever eaten. The crab cake was a tiny bit salty but it did not stop me. The trout was good. The shrimp was the best. The sauces are great. We got the hush puppies as an up charge side and they were also amazing. My husband had the spicy slaw. He liked it. He also had the fish wings and if you like buffalo flavored things, you’ll likely like them.

The prices were typical for places now. $24 for the Trawler felt expensive but I’ve had worse food for more money and I would probably get it again because it was so tasty.
