I ordered a pizza for take out at 6:35 pm, I got a confirmation email saying the pick up time would be 6:55 pm . So when I get there I go to register to let them know I'm here to pick up. I sat and waited patiently for about 45 minutes from when i first placed order, until I noticed it was taking a lot longer then expected ...i asked one of employees how much longer until my order is ready and I noticed he was looking around in the kitchen for the pizza and asking his Co workers about it and it was obvious they forgot about my order. I hear the other employee tell him " just tell him 5 minutes" and started making the pizza instead of being honest saying they forgot about it . I asked for my money back for lack of communication and concern for my order. Manager comes to give my money back very rude , didn't even acknowledge me or apologize. I tried explaining the situation what had happened and he cut me off rudely and carless and told me "don't worry I will give your money back " instead of hearing me out. At 4:55 I dropped my daughter to go in to get our food while I ran over to Baskin Robbins to pick up some ice cream. When I pulled up in front of Mike's to get my daughter, she came out to tell me they told her it would be 35 more minutes for our pizza. We waited until 5:25 and asked the status of our food. We were told the pizza wasn't in the oven yet but should be ready shortly. I explained I had already waited past the given time frame and that I had ice cream in the ca. I asked for the manager and told him I would need a refund. He was rude and non-apologetic. He handed me a receipt and said my money would be credited back to my card. Deplorable customer service. I was standing right there for the conversation, so I'm certain of the name. My mom even spelled it for her. When I went to pick it up, I told them the name, they said they didn't have it, I said it was definitely under mom's name, and went through hoops trying to figure it out. Turns out they put it under someone else's name from our address/phone. No big deal, right?
