I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at X Noodles & Dumplings! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The star of the meal was the Braised Chicken with Flat Noodles, as shown in the picture—tender, flavorful chicken paired perfectly with the rich, savory sauce and perfectly cooked flat noodles. The dish was beautifully garnished with fresh cilantro, adding a lovely touch of freshness. We also enjoyed a variety of other dishes that were equally impressive. The Spicy Rice Somali with Ground Pork was a bold and delicious choice, with a perfect balance of spice and savory pork. The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup warmed us up with its hearty broth and tender beef, packed with flavor in every bite. The Shrimp Pork Somali was a delightful mix of succulent shrimp and pork, with a unique twist that kept us coming back for more. The Pork Wonton with Chilli Sauce was a standout—crisp wontons filled with juicy pork and a kick of spicy sauce that was just right. The Beef Broccoli Rice Bowl offered a comforting and well-seasoned combination, while the Fry Lamb Skewers were tender, juicy, and packed with aromatic spices. Every dish was prepared with care, and the flavors were authentic and satisfying. The portions were generous, and the prices were more than reasonable for the quality. Absolute 10 out of 10. stumbled across this place randomly and now I’ve been here twice in a row. Skipped the gym to come here and it was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life!!! The noodles are so delicious and fresh and you can see them making them, which is really cool. The bok choy is so delicious and crisp and crunchy. I ordered the beef noodle soup spicy along with the pork wontons and chili sauce and it was amazing. The pork wontons with chili sauce are a must have for everyone that decides to come here. And everything was so good that I came back the next day . The next day I got custom noodles with the wonton sauce and some beef and it was out of this world. No! Out of this world isn’t even enough to describe the deliciousness. The beef is so tender and just soaks up all the flavor and it just melts in your mouth like butter. and everything just like explodes and dances on your tongue and it’s just amazing. The tomato beef soup is even better than the other one and I definitely recommend that one more super flavorful and not on the spicy side if you can’t handle spice. The customer service is also great they make you feel super welcome and are super friendly. Daniel served us both days and he was super kind make good recommendations and gave us some free drinks that were Delicioso. The drinks were so refreshing and absolutely delicious. I am overjoyed, ecstatic, excited to find out that a hand pulled noodle, authentic Asian restaurant has come to Brentwood! You don’t know how sad we’ve been ( ever since we moved here ) about the fact that there was no authentic. fresh tasting, chewy noodle spots or good Chinese food. I’ve had to drive all the way to Fremont Concord, San Francisco, Oakland, etc. just to eat good noodles and dumplings. I am so glad that I convinced my friend who has never had hand pulled noodles to come here with me, at the last minute, and we both were smiling ear to ear! She ordered the flat veggie noodles option, and I ordered the veggie chow mein. The flat noodles was the most delicious chow fun I’ve ever had.. I am going to say that of all the chow fun I’ve ever tasted this one has been the best! She could see them stretching the noodles out, and she kept praising each part of our experience! They also give you chili sauce and other condiments right at your table, which is awesome. The red bean dumplings are so cute. I really didn’t want to cut them open.
