TEAZENTEA — Restaurant in Brentwood

Came just after opening for a meetup with some friends. Was confused at first as the outside hours said 11 but the Google page and their sign said open so I tried the door and they were, in fact, open. The employees were super nice, I ordered from the kiosk and chose a honeydew smoothie with aloe. Sat and waited for friends and my drink. Drink was ready fairly quickly and I enjoyed the atmosphere of early morning, rainy day, bubble tea shop before friends arrived. The chalk wall was a nice touch and the Ponyo and Anya were a nice addition to it. A friend brought their one year old who enjoyed greeting everyone who walked in. Everyone was very nice about it. A friend ordered a waffle which they didn't enjoy and split it with my other friend. I wish there were other snack options, but whatever. I'll definitely be back for more...

Loved this place and the vibe. The Halloween decor was cute and spooky and decorations were good. Not too crowded for a Sunday noon. There were two screens were we can order for the drink/ food & then wait for them to call your name.

Ordered a Crème Brûlée (25% sugar, less ice, honey boba and coffee jelly) and Mango summer (0% sugar, less ice, mango jelly). Crème brûlée was yummy, but even the 25% sugar was too sweet for me. There was quite a good amount of crème brûlée in the bottom of the drink.

The mango summer was ok. We ordered a 0% sugar drink so it was just like a flavored water. It had a big slice of orange. Though we ordered less ice, the drink had a lot of ice & I think they left out the ice part...

As me and my friends walked in with our school bags . This white girl with brown hair and 2 blond steaks in the front shouted at us saying “ CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE SHOW ME YOUR SCHEDULE TO PROVE YOU HAVE UNSCHEDULED?!?” And we were confused because we are college students . After saying that to her she replied “are you sure 😐” and wouldn’t believe us even after we were saying we would show her our ids to prove we were in college . I understand initially seeing us with school bags is confusing but after we explained ourselves we shouldn’t have been still met with rudeness. However the drinks here are decently good and I like the way the place...
