Wawa — Restaurant in Brick Township

This wawa location sure does get a lot of business, and it's quite impressive given the number of people they serve in a day. They are always busy each time I visit. It's a small store that packs a lot of customers, so the lines can get pretty long mainly at peak hours. I was delighted to see that they have added two self-checkout services, so the lines aren't an issue anymore. I do however think this wawa can do a better job in the beverage department. I very often find that the drinks are not fully stocked, so their options are rather limited. They don't have the greatest variety of drinks either, especially when it comes to diet beverages. But again, it's a small, busy store so I suppose I can understand the difficulty in keeping up with stock. Food is good but can be inconsistent at times. I've had burnt edges on food several times. Lastly, the staff is nice, and the girl at the checkout register sure...

It pains me so to write this review because this is my favorite Wawa.. the staff is friendly.. but 2 times I ordered a salad and each time they got it wrong.. what's worse is today it wasn't even busy. I'm so disappointed.. I spoke with the manager Kevin .. he offered me a free salad.. I just requested a refund because i dont have confidence that they can get it right.. DRESSING on the side🤦‍♂️but the guy making my salad was talking the whole time 🤦‍♂️i guess im going to have to go to my other favorite Wawa in Eatontown. e been a regular customer for some time, but my recent experience with manager Gabe was extremely disappointing. He spoke in a disrespectful and dismissive way, showing little regard for loyal clients. Instead of listening and trying to help, he acted as though my concerns didn’t matter. A manager should set an example of professionalism and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope the company takes this seriously and ensures customers are treated with courtesy and value...
