Bamboo Garden — Restaurant in Brick Township

I ordered food from bamboo garden and when I went to eat my chicken and string beans, the string beans were brown and looked very old. Definitely not fresh. The dumplings that we ordered were black like they just kept deep frying them over and over, also the egg rolls were very greasy. We went back to bamboo garden to ask for them to remake this food for us and they refused. I didn’t want my money back. I wanted my food remade because I was hungry. They would not remake it. Instead they gave me back 10 dollars which wasn’t even the amount of money that the food came to and told me to get out now. The people at bamboo garden are very rude and unprofessional. I ordered over the phone and she repeated back the order, but then my order was missing 2 things, and added 2 things to the reciept that were never ordered. Was gonna call back but I dont want anything in return and by these reviews sounds like this is a normal tactic to bring in more money. Also my name was heard wrong as well as the address.

I've been ordering from Bamboo for a couple of years, the food is good and delivery quick an polite. Problem is they have an American woman who works the phone. She is incredibly rude and claims to volunteer there. I won't go there anymore. I'm not a Karen lol, but I'm not gonna go somewhere where the service is rude. Again only when she is there.
