Victory Pizza — Restaurant in Brick Township

I can’t even believe what just occurred at this place. First off I ordered a sub while at work. The sub they sent was wrong. Wasn’t what I ordered. Called the girl on the phone never once apologized just asked what did she expect them to do. I said I don’t know maybe send the correct sandwich. Was sent another sandwich. The sandwich was stale so I called again. They said well I don’t know what you want us to do about it. So I hung up. When I had someone to cover me at my job I went over there with the sub for a refund. I walked in asked for a refund the girls said what I said I want a refund I was sent 2 disgusting subs and I didn’t eat them. I said both girls on the phone said well what did you want us to do. Idk maybe give a well made sub. I was then told to go back to the VFW and have another drink. Are you kidding me. I asked if they ever thought I was the bartender and was ordering dinner. Well why are you asking like this I was asked. I don’t know maybe because I had to leave my job to get a refund after I was told nothing could be done. When was it ok for owners yes the owner was there to allow his employee to tell me to go drink more. I didn’t have a single drink. So I would never recommend this place to anyone. They do not respect...

Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this place is amazing. Easily the most modern and largest menu in the area!! The garlic knots the best in town. We are addicted!! So bangin’. The staff is also great. They work hard and get busy as heck. They also deal with a lot of nasty people in our area… I see reviews on here talking down on the staff, and honestly if you’re expecting an overly friendly, slow paced ordering experience on a Saturday night, get out of Jersey! I mean really even if you haven’t worked behind a counter, you’ve all seen how crazy these places get. Pizza shops are slammed on the weekends, especially the good ones, like this one! Don’t listen to the negative reviews, order your food, shut up, and enjoy because it shows up STEAMING and DELICIOUS to our doorstep EVERYTIME. Also, sweetest delivery man in the world. Placing my order as we speak.

Fwiw this place has good food and pizza that being said I WILL NEVER step foot nor will my family or friends in this place again. On January 14th my wife and kids wanted pizza, They went to Victory and order and sit, sit and order whatever. According to my wife the manager with my kids sitting and playing waiting for their food tells my wife to shut them up. Excuse me he then proceeds. To raise the volume of the TV / football game to the point it's all I can hear when I'm on the phone with her. Mmmkay I call the store to ask what's up I ask for the manager and the girl who answers who couldn't be ruder put the phone down and is yelling over the TV I might add do you want me to get rid of him. Shee then tells me he's busy even though I heard the whole exchange and hangs up. No problem Eyebrows I got you. Since clearly they don't want families here don't go. The manager and this girl don't care and they just. Disrespected...
