Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Bridge City

Mobile order was not ready 736pm asked for District Mgr. He talked rude over the phone threatening me about his employees because they didn't have the cheddarapeno biscuits that went with my order. And out time 8:36pm a whole hour. Then they refused to give me a copy of my receipt. I told them this was required for my mystery assignment. No eating tools. Only three employees working. The young man working the counter was slipping all over the place. And he was so confused about the orders on the order board. This is sad when the District Manager threats a customer. Keep in mind this a public establishment and people read the reviews. It doesn't matters if it's corporate or franchise owned. No customer should be talked to in such a manner. If a company have a special being ran all the items should be readily available to complete the customer orders. Have an issue every time we go here. Overpriced, We can barely understand the guy through the speaker and vice versa. We also normally sit about 10-15 mins in the drive-thru before finally being handed just our drinks. Normally we’re charged something different than ordered, told ‘oh it’s the same price’, and then can’t figure out if we were actually charged the right price, because we don’t have the correct items on the ticket. Also, our orders are normally not right. We told the guy twice what we wanted for the three piece, and didn’t even get a three piece! We got shorted, and the order wasn’t even correct. Having purchased this chicken a mere twenty minutes after opening, I was shocked to discover that it didn't meet my expectations for freshness.
