Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bridge City

This is the worst and most unprofessional sonic I have ever been to. They are suppose to close at 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends however twice this week I have drove across town and arrived at this sonic around 9pm and they had already closed. (So I drove over to the sonic on mcarthur instead) One girl told me it was because they were short handed but yet there was at least 6 or 7 girls inside of the store all standing around talking and cutting up. Even called the manager and asked why they keep closing early and she was rude as can be and told me to call back and talk to the owner named Mike. When I asked when would be the best time to reach Mike she then told me she didn't know. I worked for sonic for seven years and anytime that we were short handed we still pushed threw and did the best that we could. WE NEVER JUST CLOSED THE STORE COMPLETELY ESPECIALLY NOT TWICE WITHIN THREE DAYS LIKE THIS SONIC DID. Completely...

Well on Sat. 26th we went through the drive thru. The lady took our payment didn't hand my card back so the next young person handed us our ice cream got an attitude because we ask her for our card because she gave us a receipt and then no card. So we set there and kept asking for my card. FINALLY!!! she brought the card back and somewhere between 7 and 9 low and behold came another charge that was more than what we spent. Well took matters into our own hands tried to solve the issue and told them qhat happened of course we got excuse excuse excuse. Someone was got my card info and they just wanted to refund our money nothing done to employee nothing resolved. I still haven't saw a credit on my account for the dollars the manager said would be fixed. So just so people know don't go there unless u pay cash cause someone will get your card...

Stopped there tonight after we went to a trunk or treat. I ordered a large drink with sweet cream. We had a car hop named Amanda. She brought the drinks to us and it didn’t have any sweet cream. So we called back had to wait for forever because the car hop and another man worker went into the restroom together and was in there forever. She finally got back on the order thing and we told her what happened she came out and gave me one half and half and said “ here that’s what we use to make our sweet cream”. Absolutely unprofessional and rude as all get out. Instead of being in the restroom with another co worker make sure you get people’s order...
