The lady at the register looked like she had been used for target practice during a food fight, her shirt simply covered in debris. It was actually really gross. I'm surprised her coworkers didn't say something about it, at least have her change her working uniform.

I'm not sure how you screw up an ice cream cone, but the entire bottom of the cone was empty and void, and so dry I almost choked. Can't be that hard to get some ice cream down there, I've done it myself at self-serves.

And do these people never wash their hands? I mean, they are handling food, touching walls, counters, wiping their hands on their clothes, playing with her hair and their dirty headsets. There has to be a health code...

Have gone thru this drive thru twice in the last week. My better half always likes to get a large vanilla cone. First time it was very small. Today the server brought it to the window and it was lopsided and almost ready to fall off the cone. We asked for a straight cone serving and she got mad and threw the cone in the trash in disgust. I asked for a hotdog with everything on it and all I got was a plane dog with onion chunks in 3 places on the bun. No condiments. We have been a frequent visitor, almost weekly to the store in the BFS foods location. It has always been extremely friendly with impeccable service. There has been a recent change in employees, managers and policies that seem to not have that family feeling anymore. In particular I am addressing their “need“ to charge for the pup cups ! I am just very disappointed in (according to the all new staff) this new policy allegedly placed by the new regional manager.
